Unfortunately my nails didn't last. I got a dip manicure, after a week the nails were popping off like they were press ons. I'm not sure how this happened, they even sealed with the UV lamp at the end. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I got it and I only have 2 nails on each hand that stayed on. It's disappointing bc I liked this salon otherwise. I got a pedicure as well and I liked that at least. Went here because they had good reviews... not totally sure what to think. They didn't offer regular paint, only gel which obviously adds $$ cost. I asked for almond shape, extra $5.. the person doing my nails cut my hand multiple times with the buffer, the nail shape is not almond on all of them, it took over two hours for a full set.. $50 later and I didn't leave satisfied. My friend and i came in to get our nails done. Service was nice. People were nice. They have a beautiful inside, and even an adorable dog that greets you too. The reason for this review being so low, is that i had regular acrylics, and it took 2 and a half hours.. for a REGULAR FULL SET ACRYLIC. The set was ugly and i didn't have the heart to say anything bad about it. I don't know who did my nails; but I'm not going back. They seemed very new at their job, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt. The nails broke off after a few days; and that never happens to me. There was no reason for my set to take two and a half hours. Wonderful people though; but don't waste your time. read more

Not really sure what happened to this place, but it made a turn for the worst. The nail tech that I seen was very inexperienced did I very bad job on my pedicure, I had to get my nails redone. To make matters even better I walked out with a $120.00 bill. The services I needed were: basic manicure and pedicure and a kids mani and pedi which consisted of a 5 min soak and color on the nails. When I was getting my manicure the tech was very pushy on selling products (lotion and exfoliant). Again, I was charged $120.00 I don't know if this is normal but I was shocked. Sadly I cannot recommend this place anymore. It saddens me but it's the truth. read more

I've been here a few times for a no chip pedicure, I went for a dip manicure and will not go back. My tech was not the nicest and rushed through it, I asked if she could round and make my nails even and they're all lopsided, different shapes and one of my nails started having bubbles show up almost immediately . I asked the tech to reshape a few nails and she disregarded my ask. After two days two nails just completely peeled off, no chip just straight came off. I went back to get them fixed and after a few more days they all started lifting and a week later every single nail cracked or fell off. Do not go to this place they are rude and unprofessional with their staff and customers. I made an appointment at 1 and was not attending till 1:30, not only a week after my nails got done it's been 3 days and my nails chipped and popped off. Cheap products and I paid $65 for a full set basic color and snap and length. I will not be going back and I would advice to go to other places as for time price and service was unpleasant. Reading the reviews for this place I had high expectations considering this place is fairly new. That being said I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. The guy who shaped my nails was rude and disrespectful. I have been recently battling with anxiety/depression due to personal reasons. I went to get my nails done to feel better and thinking that would cheer me up. The guy was like why you not smile, I think this is incredibly rude to ask someone because you never know what someone was going through considering it is mental health awareness month. After that I just felt uncomfortable and like I just wanted to leave that made me feel worse like definitely didn't make me feel better and why I went to that establishment in the first place. The lady who painted my nails was nice but was still making unnecessary remarks on what the guy said being a bit pushy and I'm a private person so I did not appreciate that treatment from both of them. There was two other women there Maria and Yenny. They were kind and nice to their customers, but I did not like the way the man who I assume is the owner, the one who shaped my nails and made that comment. *UPDATE* I am reducing my original 4 star rating to 1 because on my 2nd trip back here, my thumb nail broke in the same exact place it did the previous time (because of how the guy filled it) also, the following day my middle finger nail broke in half when I hit on the cushion of my couch - yes a soft couch cushion! Lastly, but most importantly, when I went back home to TX for a visit I went to my normal nail place for them to repair the breaks only for them to find FUNGUS under 2 of my nails. Yes, fungus!!! I have never had any nail issues ever until this place. Extremely upsetting. My TX nail lady told me that it was because of how the guy refilled my set. He used super glue to seal around the edges where the acrylic was lifting instead of properly filing or cutting off those lifting edges entirely. Bc he did it that way, he basically sealed in an air pocket that had moisture inside of it and therefore caused an environment for the fungus. So upset!! My lady in TX fixed it for me, cleaned it up and filed off most of the fungus so it should grow right out...but still!! Seriously Queen nails!? That is not a cool practice at all. I went in with the intention to get my a gel full set. I was convinced to get my nails dipped I agreed because i was told it's better for my nails and they wouldn't break easily. Two days later I broke a nail lifting a menu got it fixed less than a week later I broke two nails and the rest started pealing.
