    Be careful with these folks. They want credit card info or full payment before they would even come out. Seems like a scam to me!

    I was in the process of selling my two story 2700 sqft home. They came in at night, because they…read moreoverbooked for that day. I trusted that the house was clean, and because I wasn't living in the property, it was completely empty, I paid her. As soon as I opened the door, the next morning, a horrible smell of old cleaning stinky mop/water, like dirty mops that you leave drying w/o cleaning, so I assume it was from her previous clients she had that day! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I tried calling the following days, but she never returned my calls/messages! I'm sure she will respond that it never happened! BEWARE AND BE WARNED!

    Gaby's cleaning services started out great with no issues. We chose the deep clean and subsequent…read morebi-weekly service. To be clear, when Gaby is at your house during a clean, the work is good. Without her there, our service steadily declined to the point that we terminated the relationship. After complaining about poor service a couple of months ago, the times provided by her team and days we were supposed to have scheduled cleaning began to change. Further, the service got worse each subsequent visit. It wasn't "all the way bad" but little things were being ignored. Further, she began to send messages that her team would be later and later each visit and then they would rush to be done to get out of the home before it got too late in the evening. Finally, we were bumped from our regular day and were asked if the team could switch from Wed days to a Friday night at the end of a day. Of course we said "no" and the final visit was back to Wed. The final visit was a catastrophe. The "girls" Came in at 3:05 and left at 4:30pm. The pictures of this rushed service are those that are attached. This came from one visit - the very last one. It was like an Easter Egg Hunt but instead of looking for eggs, we began looking for areas that weren't cleaned and/or dusted. We discovered numerous incidents where her team didn't bother to move anything - There are many more pictures we didn't submit. Of course, Gaby will respond to this review that she offered to come back and fix what her team didn't do but we had by then told her we simply wanted a refund and didn't want anyone from her "team" to come back into our house as we literally felt violated and "stolen from". (We had already "Venmo'd" payment on our way home (before seeing the job) and the job was beyond horrible). It was so bad we just couldn't stomach allowing her in our home again. The oddest thing happened during our text exchange (see attached photo) where Gaby stated that the abysmal service "wasn't her fault". That also incensed us - whose fault is it? We asked for a refund because she did not provide the service we paid her for. To date, she has yet to provide the same so we are forced to write this poor review. Recommendations: 1. Don't pay her with Venmo as you cannot dispute the charges once paid even if the service is poor. (This is important because she will text you to say "girls are done" and expect payment immediately and likely before you ever see her work. 2. Insist on Gaby checking her team's work before you pay. Or insist she performs the work. 3. Insist on getting your service performed early in the day - the team was horrible at the end of the day. 4. Don't sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. It seems to me she makes more money off the initial cleaning jobs and does much better to get your business than to keep it.
