We came here on of a whim one day because we saw a TikTok that showed a car table and our toddler loves cars so we thought it would be a cute lil thing for him. We definitely didn't expect the food to be so great! We've been here about 4 times now and their food is consistently delicious. My order is always their Yakimechi bowl. Which is their version of fried rice with squash, carrots, shrimp, beef & chicken. They top it with cream cheese, crab, avocado, eel sauce & sesame seeds. HIGHLY recommend this dish! We've also tried some of their sushi rolls and all have been tasty. Today we tried their Masago Sinaloense which has crab inside and is topped with shrimp, spicy mayo, eel sauce, sriracha & sesame seeds. Their Culiacan Roll is one of our favorites! Besides really great fried rice and sushi, their birria is one of our favorites. My toddler absolutely loves their tacos de birria con consomé. They are not stingy with the birria either! Very filling portions. Their micheaguas are super refreshing too. Now, as far as the service and the vibe, this restaurant has to be one of the most wholesome spots in Lynwood. The restaurant is ran by a family and we met the dad on our first visit. He told us he opened the restaurant and his kids help out. Everyone we've met is super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. This helps them a lot because the wait time is veeerrrryy long...30min+ sometimes. We ordered in advance this time and when we arrived, our food was ready. I do recommend dining in the first time because they have great food presentation BUT fair warning that it will be a bit of a wait. It's worth it though. After that, call in your order and just pick up or eat there like we did. They have a great outside area with plenty of seats and shade. They also have TV's all around now (guessing bc of the World Cup?) but this was a great addition. Overall, this is a great lil hidden spot in South Gate/Lynwood area. Delicious fusion between mexican and Japanese foods. Probably the best rolls I have ever had, and yes I said what I said. The aguachile roll, is just perfection. The sweetness of the cream cheese, the acidity of the aguachile, and the spicy kick of the serrano pepper is everything I didn't know I needed. The service is great. The food was so good. The service is kinda slow so just be patient the food is worth it. My favorite was the sinaloense sushi roll and aguachile roll. The aguachile roll comes with a side of aguachile juice for you to dip the sushi which makes it even better. I also recommend their miche aguas. read more

So on their menu it says pick 5 different rolls but the waitress is quick to tell you it can only be 1 breaded roll and the rest have to be what they tell you. You cannot add the specials and you cannot pick certain kind because that's not part of the charrolas. Needs to be more specific and by no means is the menu specific. They pick and choose what you can choose for your order. If you order individuals for example 4 you pay more than they tray but they decided what you can and can't order. Not coming here again but hey you decide if you want them to tell you what to order. Not to mention the cashier all in the kitchen with no hair net. I been to this place a few times and yes it very good! Everytime i have been here the food is always on point. I love the sushi here is always fresh and tasty. I never had a problem with anything. I also had the tacos here and they were pretty good also. Theres a whole dining place which is very clean and spacious, with televisions up on the walls. Yes they have alot of selections of sushi, i posted fotos of the menu so u can take a look at wat they have. They also have a restroom for customers. Yummy Sinaloa style sushi. If you've never tried this sushi before, do yourself a favor and give it a go. I've also tried this type of sushi at Sushinaloa and CulichiTown. I think this is my new favorite place for Mexican style sushi. Mexican style sushi tend to have beef, however, not all of them have meat. I also tried their birria tacos here and they were very yummy. I liked that the tortilla was a little more on the fried side, to give them an extra crunch.
