Instead of offering help or ideas, she abruptly told us that we needed to "know what we want." We were taken aback by her tone and explained that we were hoping for guidance. After all, she is the flower expert. Rather than assisting, she continued to be curt and unhelpful. What made this especially upsetting is that we have shopped here before and always received kind, thoughtful service. Today was the complete opposite. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help customers who were simply trying to honor a deceased loved one. We ultimately left without flowers and with a very bad taste in our mouths. Someone with this level of poor manners and lack of compassion should not be interacting with customers, especially in a business that serves people during emotional moments. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

While other employees have no clue what you are talking about. So, folks it's a hit or miss shopping here. Lucked out with one staff after cycling through several Home Depot staff. The person got a ladder and climbed to get products down. He took the time to look and help us out. Prior to that two other staffers were busy talking to one another. If you know where products are then just get them yourself if not then find someone who can which may take several attempts. To look for the best value go online and search before you buy. There are other places with better bargains. Then again Home Depot has sale on items that can even be cheaper than at the Dollar Tree like Comet for 98 cents, etc...

As I grabbed the boxes I noticed 2 of the same lights weighed differently as I picked them up. I shook the lighter one and it was empty, just a cardboard box. I immediately went back inside and showed them. They went to speak to the associate who packed it and he obviously said it wasnt empty when he put the order together. They told me there's nothing they can do. I'm standing there baffled by what they are telling me, and clearly they are indirectly calling me a thief and a liar. I beg them to check my car and security cams. They did neither of those and said they will look into it and call me back if they find anything. I honestly should've made a big scene at the store but I already had a long and rough week. This was adding to my run of bad luck. I was ready to take a big L and lose out on $30 for the missing light. Luckily online support is more competent and might I say shown more customer support than the employees at this branch. They were able to refund me for the missing light. Terrible experience here and I don't think I can ever step foot back here as I have zero confidence that they will work with me if any problems occur with my future orders and purchases. I cursed, released a long sigh, and marched off because not only did I waste time trying to get a key made, but there were no updated hours reflected on the website. To say that I was vexed is an understatement. I decided to to come back the following day on a Thursday and much to my surprise they were open. As I waited on line to get a key made. The employee rudely told me to go to the other side to get the key made. Quite frankly I'm not a fan of this place and the management has since change from when I used to come here.
