I started using this service in May 2024 I asked if they could help me control pests in my backyard. However, after a few months, the situation didn't improve. In fact, it got worse. I was struggling with flies coming inside my house whenever I opened the door. I contacted them, and they tried to fix it, but the issue remained the same. I called them again to say the service wasn't working and that I wanted to cancel it because I was being charged $54 every month. They told me I couldn't cancel because I had signed an agreement over the phone. If I stopped the service immediately, I would have to pay over $200, though I don't remember the exact amount. Later, we discovered that the pest issue wasn't as bad as initially thought, so they agreed to pause the service for two months to reassess the situation. During this pause, the situation in my home improved significantly. The flies stopped coming inside. I called them again to tell them I no longer wanted to continue the service because their treatments might have been making the situation worse. Instead of understanding, they insisted I continue the service and kept charging me. I know I agreed to the terms of the contract, but that doesn't mean they can treat customers unreasonably. Their way of operating the business has completely broken my trust. Whenever I called to explain my concerns, they didn't seem to care and kept forcing their solutions on me without listening. It's been a horrible experience, and I feel exhausted and disappointed with their service. I recommend avoiding this company. They've made me lose trust in businesses like this, and I don't think anyone should use their services. read more

I had an excellent experience with my pest control technician, Tony Eddy! He was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even helped ease my fear of bugs by explaining everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. Tony's personality and genuine kindness made such an impression on me that I sent him home with a plate of homemade rice, cabbage, and cornbread. He later texted to tell me how much he enjoyed it and thanked me for being a blessing. That simple exchange reminded me that kindness still goes a long way. STAY AWAY from this company. Once you sign up you are trapped. When you cancel it they will charge you $299. They will not say this upfront when you SIGN the CONTRACT. Totally misleading sales pitch and strategy, terrible customer service, they will loot your money!!! Don't sign their agreement/contract or share debit card details. I repeat don't sign their agreement. Worst customer service, they will loot your hard-earned money. Stay away from this pest control company. Don't trust the paid reviews here. BEWARE - SCAM COMPANY - Interesting model of how to obtain customers...they come to your house, tell you they have one service pending on the home, make you think you have a service, ask for a credit card to dispatch but not bill (I'm not stupid) and make an appointment to come out the next day. Of course I refuse cc and say I will start service once they show up, and of course they do not show up. You call, they claim they no nothing about the account.
