Nyjiela drove me around the cemetery asking me questions where I thought my mom was buried, which was very upsetting. I knew the general area, but she proceeded to drive me around asking a lot of leading questions regarding my family tree. I was then taken to the records location and presented with an incomplete file which sparked more questions, which was very unsettling, because it was an interrogation, a breach of trust for a counselor. Jennifer at the front desk communicated throughout the process and responded quickly to emails. The location is easy to find, pretty on the outside and bigger than it looks on the inside. There is pretty of parking on the new paved lot. Although we did not have services at the home, the facilities were nice and the place looks like it's cared for with love.
