There was a nice texture from the tortilla bits & pork rinds. Caldo de pollo was good but it was just chicken soup with rice. The tacos were pretty big. Campechano was mostly beef & sausage inside, but was dry with a flat flavour. Yet, it was not the fault of the meat - on its own the stuffing was pretty tasty - it just didn't work in the taco. Camaron was pretty good it had a lot of herbs & had a fresh taste especially with the sour cream. Gringa was good: like Mexican pulled pork - more onion, more sour & less sweet than American pulled pork. Pastor was tasty spiced pork with pineapple, though it was better on its own outside the taco. Pambazo was a soft, very potatoey bun which was pretty good. Enchilada mole was quite small - you could just order 1. It was decent. The lime agua fresca drink had a good lime taste & tasted fresh & homemade. The desserts were decent too. 3 milks cake was pretty good - I've had moister but this was moist & rich. Bunuelos (fried dough) were decent - fresh with nice cinnamon, but very thin so they were all crunch; they were also a bit oily. Ice cream was normal.
