I was 2. nervous going to Quest because of bad online reviews, but PRINCESS DIANA at Quest, Haverhill MA, March 2023 was fantastic. I didn't feel a thing and it was so quick. My Dr. had made the appt for me. The appt email reminder made me 3. nervous - "if you are 10+ mins late you will be treated as a walk-in". Wed, 2 PM the anteroom was empty. I had trouble logging in at the kiosk with my QR code. Luckily someone appeared from the locked offices and helped me out. There's plenty of parking either next to the building or across the way, a larger lot.

They didn't seem to be following any particular order in attending to patients and 2 complained they'd been there for almost an hour after checking in. The staff need training in basic etiquette based on how they responded to polite inquiries into why they were passed over. They need retraining on basic etiquette but it would be easier to replace them alongside their rude manners. Quest Labs you have a reputation to maintain.

I told the woman who took my information that we do not have health insurance and had to pay upfront which I did for $130.14. I then had gotten another invoice for an additional $39.19. I called and they said I needed to pay that. I said I should have been told the correct amount up front since I was paying out of pocket. I was told I had to pay the invoice.
