I've had blood drawn dozens of times and this woman jabbed me so hard, was extremely rough and then ripped out the needle. I was beyond upset but still said "thank you" to which she replied "uh huh." My forearm is STILL sore and a little numb which has never happened. Had this not happened to me, I wouldn't believe it. She seemed "mad" at me almost. Perhaps just a miserable person. Maybe because she was overweight and I'm not? I hate to say that but it seemed so unwarranted from check in to her "uh huh". STAY AWAY until they remove this rude person from the staff.

That was fine with us, but we assumed he would be there two consecutive days. We went back the second day and he had never been there. When I called the company, they told me he was on another job and wouldn't be able to finish until the following Tuesday (it was a Wednesday!!). They schedule jobs they can't finish Just to get the work. We were left with no choice but to wait. It was a major inconvenience for us to have to be home to let him in for another day. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone and then don't follow through. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the installer was very nice and appears to have done a good job so far. They are also extremely expensive.
