He was immediately taken care of by so many wonderful. Kind people. Many tests were quickly done. While waiting for the test results we were taken to a room upstairs just incase he had to be admitted. While waiting for the test results, he was treated to a delicious lunch and made comfortable. My husband was blessed to be able to come home that same night. Our treatment there was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We are very grateful and would recommend this place to anyone needing help.

Both a RN & PA evaluated my elbow, cleaned it up & the PA used surgical glue to close the wound. Everyone was friendly, helpful & professional. I walked out the door approximately 36 minutes later! I give the care five stars & would gladly use this facility again if I need to! Pat L

With a severe poison ivy reaction, I jumped online to see how UPMC-GoHealth works, as I usually would go to MedExpress in the past. To my surprise, you can grab a spot in line online before you even arrive. With 30 minutes to wait, I could relax at home and just show up when it was much closer to my turn. To expedite things even further, you can take photos of your ID and insurance cards and fill out all paperwork before you even arrive! When you do enter, a kiosk allows you to check that you are there and that's it! The nurses were able to quickly get me a steroid and help to provide care... urgently! This is a huge upgrade over the old ways of MedExpress.

I walked in (no appointment needed) and signed in on the sign-up sheet. A woman that worked there told me to "just sit down and they'll call you". I started to sit and before I got onto the chair they called me in. It was maybe 3 minutes from top to bottom! The person drawing the blood (wish I remembered her name...) literally had a needle in my vein immediately and got the blood she needed. The whole visit took about 10 minutes max! I can't say enough about how efficient it all was. Granted, they could be much busier at other times and it might take longer but I was impressed. A+

I have to say i was a little confused as to how to rate this so called hospital…read more My son was very sick and has AHN insurance. My wife took him to AHN Mccandless Hospital. The nurses and doctors where fine the receptionists where fine as well. My problem is that they call it a hospital when it really is just a big urgent care facility. After blood work and testing the doctor said that they where not capable of diagnosing my sons problems as they do not have any specialty doctors on staff. What the heck no specialty doctors why even call yourself a hospital???????. The doctors said they where going to transfer him to Wexford Hospital. I do not get it they do thousands and thousands of dollars in tests only to say they can't do anything to help. Then to boot some one is paying for an ambulance to transfer him to the other hospital. If I was you I would avoid this so called hospital like the plague. I will be sure to never go here again. This is not a hospital so do not be fooled into thinking it is. If you have basic problems I am sure they can help, But anything remotely serous there is no way for them to help you. I must say again please do not go here unless you have no serious problems. With that said It was our fault for going here. I would normally give one star but the nurses and even the doctors where very nice even if they could not help. Normally for this level of care I would probably give 3-4 stars. Overall I will give 2 stars which is very generous.
