Listen I get we are in Covid, and temperature checks are important. I take partial responsibility for wearing a winter beanie when it was 65 degrees out, so I get the temperature could be off. But the way it was handled was unprofessional and disgusting. The woman was ungodly rude to me, and practically screamed with the door open that I was over temperature, thus embarrassing me in front of half a dozen people. I get COVID tested twice every week for my job, and I work in healthcare so I know the laser gun is tricky, and can give off false reads, which why it is usually done three times. Be more professional and private with this stuff. Instead of going through insurance I will be going to LabCorp and paying out of pocket, because refuse to step back in a place I was humiliated. Also, I took my temperature three times after I got back to my house, and they were 96.7, 97.1, and 96.5. read more

Staff is unprofessional, incompetent and extremely rude. They failed to complete all requested tests and then wouldn't complete them without an appointment causing my husband to have to cancel his critical doctor's appointment. read more

I had a good experience. I made the appointment on-line. I needed routine blood work and I was a little apprehensive because in the past, I've been a person that was difficult to draw blood. Not this time. It was fast and painless. Great job! read more

VERY Disappointed! LabCorp from now on! I have been to Quest in years past and did not have any problems. This experience was terrible! I made the appointment online, in that process it asks for your insurance info. I tried everything I could to enter my information it was an antiquated system that did not give any suggestions it just said it wasn't recognizable. I searched on their website FAQ and found only this "I'm not seeing my insurance plan as an option when I put in my insurance information. What should I do? Our system might not recognize what you've entered, so you may want to try again. If you try again, and it still doesn't work, you can skip entering your insurance information. Make sure to bring your insurance card when you come in for testing." So in order for me to try to get to work on time as scheduled appointment at 7 AM and did not eat anything that morning. When I went in for the appointment they told me they had not received the prescription from my doctors office. (didn't mention anything about what insurance they except) Afterwords I called my doctors office they told me they did fax it over. So, I had my doctors office mail me a copy of the prescription because I don't have a fax machine at home (who would these days...) and they would not let me go into the office during this Covid environment just to pick up paperwork. I then reschedule the appointment with Quest (again same scenario with the insurance information on their website) another day going way to work and fasting. This time I got in there for the appointment and the lady was lets say friendliness was not her top skillset. The moment she saw my insurance card she told me they did not except it and that I have to go to LabCorp. I tried to explain to her what I had gone through. But apparently she left her sympathetic skills elsewhere. I cannot believe that a thorough search on our website does not list the insurance they except. Even further baffling is that I have Blue Cross Blue Shield probably the largest Health insurance provider in Philadelphia area. I will forever recommend LabCorp a Quest at every opportunity that I can. read more

Just like the other reviewer said; I understand temp checks and all as I am a nurse in a hospital. I took my son for his well teenage lab work. They sent a text saying they were ready for him. We went in and were standing for 15 minutes in a room with the heat blasting. I was ready to pass out. Then she takes his temp and states we can't take him. I look, it registers 100.4. Again, I'm a nurse. What we look at is accuracy and environment. A teenage boy standing in sweatpants and hoodie in a heated room, what do you expect? They should allow 5 minutes to step outside with hoodie off and recheck to determine the accuracy. People take off from work or school to get fasting lab work done. Not only were they running behind, called us in too soon, this person was rude. There is no privacy to discuss this further. We returned home, a 5 minute drive with the heat on in the car. I checked his temperature multiple times and it was 97.8-98.0. I tried to call the location directly, but each number went to Chambersburg or an automated scheduling system. I did not know who I could talk to about this situation. The only reason I will return to this location one more time, is to discuss this situation with a person. read more
