Sat down, a lady asked if I needed the kiosk, I said I didn't think so. No sooner did the door open and my name was called. Carolyn helped me and she was a gem! I went to a different location and was given paperwork that wasn't complete! Carolyn lmk that I wasn't even given the right thing!!!! Completely unprofessional. My wife and I went in to get blood drawn for her and walked in without an appointment. When she was called in she asked if I can come in with her because she has fainted many times due to fear of needles, so I came with her on my day off specifically to get these labs drawn for her. The technician that called her in said I couldn't come in, so my wife proceeded to explain to her why she wanted me to come in with her. The technician then said "well I can lay you down" and said to her "I don't feel comfortable with another adult in here". My wife then asked "what about my comfortability?" to which the technician simply replied "I'll have to have someone else come and draw your blood". I then asked if I can come on with my wife while the technician said to me "no, we're talking about that right now" as she was speaking to what I suppose was a superior. In the mean time I'm waiting outside while another technician is tending to my wife and starts to get ready to draw blood. My wife then asked him if he was made aware of what the other technician said to which he replied no. My wife then asked him if I can come in with her and he also stated "no". My wife then said "if he can't be present with me then I'm leaving". The technician simply shrugged and said "fine". At no point during this whole time did they show us any policy stating an adult could not be present during the draw. It was simply about the technician's "comfortability" without consideration for the comfortability of my wife. The disregard for the patient's need is unacceptable and their lack of professionalism is evident in their lack of empathy and care. Maybe consider the fact that there are people with legitimate fear of needles that pass out and faint at the sight of it all. Would give them a 0 star if I could. read more

explain to me why after remarking on how many tests I needed to have done I then get the news from my doctor that Quest did not draw all the blood needed for the tests because they have a limit of 50 tests!? Why didn't the nurse practitioner inform me of this? Diabolically insane considering I now have to reschedule and travel to get my blood drawn again. Arrived without appointment. BIG mistake, waited 3 hours and then left. Made appointment on line, signed in, the machine photographed our REAL ID driver licenses ~~my husband and mine ~~then told they would not do the tests without a doctor's order. However, the staff member told us that we could pay all costs online in the waiting room and wait for a Quest doctor to give an online approval -- and Quest charges $6.00 per test, in addition to the cost of the tests, to get its online doctors to approve. After we paid and received approval, the staff member said she would "fit us in." Bottom Line: Quest is not useful and its has several websites that do not make it clear that a doctor's order is needed. We have gone to another lab with no problems and will never use Quest again and do not recommend Quest. read more

Whoever manages this branch should be FIRED. I was a walk-in, along with 2 or 3 others. Not a busy day. The automated kiosk said my wait would be 30-60 minutes. I was there 90. ZERO contact with any human. Customers would periodically call through the window and knock on the door: "Is anyone going to take care of us??" No response at all - even though it was obvious people knew we are out there. Finally, at 5:30 -- 30 minutes after closing -- someone came out and chuckled "Guys, we closed a half hour ago! You have to come back again!" Everyone was furious. The staff did not conduct themselves as medical professionals, but like teenage fast food workers who don't care about their job. read more

Reported problem of check in link not working to Quest employees; they just shrug and say "nothing we can do about it". Quest employees could not have cared less. Received a bill from Quest for a previous visit. Waste my time calling Quest billing only to discover Quest billing had NOT billed supplemental insurance even though Quest billing HAD SUPPLEMENTAL BILLING INFORMATION BUT FAILED TO BILL SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE. Quest employees care nothing about Quest customers. We'll be looking into other options for lab work. QUEST SUCKS! read more

The people be complaining and biggg mad and impatient in the waiting area because THEY didn't make an appointment, but expect to be seen in 10 min? Lol. Let's be real. When you call any quest office, the automated machine tells you multiple times APPOINTMENTS ARE HIIGHHHHLY SUGGESTED. The doctors pop out the door to call the next guest and that's when the people waiting stop them to complain. And the doctors replies are 'If you don't want to wait then make an appointment and come back another day'. To me that's not rude at all it's straight to the point because now you're wasting that doctors time in taking blood by complaining lol. I've talked to all the doctors when ive taken out blood they're all super nice ‍ First time didn't make an appointment was seen an hour and ten mins after. The second and third time I made an appointment was seen immediately within those 5 minutes of my appointment time. Also- first time there-there's a front desk but no one working it. Common sense- if you walk up to that desk there are multiple papers posted saying to check in at the kiosk in different languages. There are 2 kiosks available. You put your information and your name appears on the tv screen with what place you're at on the waiting list. People with appointments are priority everyone else is first come first serve. Each time I came there were 4 doctors working so I'd say- for going to Quest with no appointment they're going as fast as they can. Make your appointment lol ! read more

Walked in for kids' blood work used rhe self-service kiosks which pretty easy and fast to use. Since we didn't have an appointment, we were on Stand-By, so if someone cancels, we're in!!! In the first few minutes, I saw one of the staff members getting upset with an elderly woman asking her questions about coming to the wrong location for her appointment. The woman asked her if she could wait in standby, and the lady seemed put out to answer. So we helped her with getting her to the kiosk. Only 10 minutes later, an appointment was called, and they weren't here, so they meant one standby gets to go in :) the standby was called in and within seconds another one comes out calling the same person, and then a third comes out asking for the same person everyone in the waiting room explaining you already brought him in LOL.. So much for communicating amongst your co-workers... So we are next on the list, and both were called in. The kiddos were in 1 & 2, and we were handled with care, and blood was drawn and in and out painless for me and a small prick for them. Our experience was super painless, so I gave the location 5 stars, but I would say if they could be a little more patient with the elderly, the reviews here would be more like mine!!! read more

They yell and speak to people as if they're talking to idiots and they will make sure to make you feel like you're an idiot while there. There is no front desk staff therefore, patient coming in, are to some extent confused on how to check in on monitors specially if you're not tech savvy or older, and they will yell at you rather than help you out. Discriminatory and unprofessional! I had an appointment at noon and requested a text notification instead of a call, but they never texted--only called. Then, while I was literally waiting in the hall, they called my name from inside their office doorway and, when I walked up within five seconds, the rude, overweight, old woman with big fake eyelashes immediately said, "NEXT!" and refused to see me. First of all and I cannot stress this enough: have an appointment! Both times I have gone in the waiting room is full of people waiting to be seen that seem to have been there for some time. I have also overheard frustrated conversations with staff about wait times. However, I have had an appointment both times and have had to wait no longer than 10 minutes both times. I was in and out before most of the room had even moved seats. Once in the back with the staff, it was clean and tidy. The staff is kind, patient & efficient, even under what seem to be rather stressful circumstances. All of my bloodwork was fast and pain free, and results were delivered very shortly after. One team member even put down what she was doing to go help people in the waiting area with the check in process. This is a safe and professional office, but again, make an appointment! read more

I wasn't able to upload my insurance because I only have a copy of it on my phone so o wasn't able to by pass. Which I was requested help and no one came to help me. After speaking with another lady she was able to assist me. O feel like they are low staff snd someone should be on the front to help them. All I have to say is for customer service in this building is lacking. It all starts with the front of house. I understand you are busy but telling me I've inconvenienced your team because the parking lot was packed and it's my first time here probably isn't the best way to set an example. I also understand how booking works as well - testing and all that happens every 15 minutes but it doesn't mean the lady in the front should be this rude. I'll be rescheduling my appointment at a facility that cares about their patients. Might need to look into hiring more people or finding staff that can handle that kind of stress. read more

Why do they have a security guard checking everyone in? Why is this security guard bothering the staff and trying to get them to take walk-ins and late arrivals when the staff is already booked? Why do they say they take walk-ins when they're booked up a week in advance online? Why is this security guard encouraging people to stay for 1, 2, 3 hours in the hopes of getting an appointment? Why is he telling people to wait, and the staff then coming out and saying sorry, no, we probably can't get to you? And then when someone tries to ask the security guard not to tell people to wait, after the staff spends 10 minutes explaining late policies when they could be helping patients instead, and the last guy who's been waiting for 2 hours gives up and leaves... she's a "karen with a bad attitude", but of course! Of course, he was such a "nice guy" before, helping her check in (when he didn't have to), encouraging her to hang out because it may take a while but they'll get to her asap.... But when he calls her "honey" and she doesn't like that, she's bitchy. Of course!! -------- If I'm late, and you probably won't be able to process my appointment... at least for another hour or so, just say that. I'll come back another time. Anyone over the age of 30 should understand that if you don't get to an appointment on time, you may not get the appointment. But instead they have this security guard acting like a butler encouraging you to stay and playing with your time. As soon as I walked in, one employee started getting EXTREMELY aggressive with me saying to go outside and she would grab one. Awful, staff is super rude/Inconsiderate. The staff at 1500 S. Central Ave. Glendale, CA STE 326 I was a walk in, yes no appointment. Wiling to wait, the staff had plenty of time to take me in between appointments however, they would only take appointments. Staff of 3 - the monitor will showed that staff was available but would not take you unless you had an appointment. I watched them sit there until someone with an appointment signed in. Then rudely would open the door and scream the person's name followed by " appointment" . This is not the worst.
