Booked a lab appointment the day before I needed one and got the time of my choice! I received an email confirmation of my lab appointment. I was able to defer inputting my health insurance and lab orders, and submit that when I arrived, which made the booking process very easy. I received a text message on the day of my appointment, at least an hour prior to check in, with a link to click to notify them of my arrival in the waiting room. When I went to my appointment, I parked and walked to the old location to which I saw a cardboard sign that said they moved to 160 International Parkway Suite 100. I walked around the Winn Dixie plaza looking for it, but could not find it. I went back to my car, plugged in the address and saw it was on the other side of the parking lot. I drove over there and found lots of parking. When I entered, there was a large sign pointing towards Suite 100. Iclicked on the link on the text message to say that I was there. When I entered the waiting room, it was entirely full! There were at least 12 people waiting and it was cramped. For that reason, I waited in the hallway just outside. I was worried I would not hear them call my name with the door shut, but I received a text message from quest one minute prior to them calling my name! That text message told me to go into the waiting room, as I would be called soon. I no sooner sat down when I got called to my appointment. Initially, I arrived to my appointment a bit late because of the location change snafu that I was unaware of. Although it was clear on the email where I was supposed to go I just assumed it was at their old location, so that is my fault. But even though I got to my appointment late, they still helped me in a very reasonable time. I was surprised that I was not penalized for being late. My attendant took my lab requisition, insurance and ID. It took about 5 min to get the computer part done, pay my deductible, and then a quick lab draw, and I was out. I was provided a receipt for my purchase. I would schedule here again in the future. It was a much better experience than what I had at the old location. read more

The office is clean. They have seating and a computer monitor. There is no one to talk to when you walk in. I tried to check in on the app but I would not let me. I had to ask one of the phlebotomists that was taking a patient, to help me. She said that because I was more than 15 minutes early, the app was not letting me check in. I had to go to the computer to check in. I was taken in for the blood draw. The phlebotomist was very friendly, but she couldn't see my veins and called for help. The other seasoned phlebotomy was fast and good. I am very grateful for that. Thank you. read more

Didn't have an appointment. Walked in and was seen immediately. My doctor had sent the orders over, so they already had everything in the computer. The person up front was great. My technician was great and gentle, and actually listened when I told her I had deep veins that roll and she needed to use a butterfly in my hand. Was a good experience. I was in and out in probably about 10 minutes. I will definitely be using this Quest again. read more

I have been getting bloodwork for a medical condition for 5 years. I had an encounter with one of the nurses this morning in room 4 it was what I believe to be a hispanic woman whose name I did not get. I asked her for a butterfly needle because I am prone to panic attacks with getting my blood drawn and I am a hard stick. She responded with have you ever drawn your own blood before and told me that she doesn't have time for baby needles today. I was purley in shock about how insensitive someone could be about it. I normally have someone use a butterfly needle or just talk to me during the draw. I didn't say a word during the blood draw which is unlike me. I was sincerely concerned with the lack of compassion that someone in the medical field had. I understand that I am older and I get it the needles are for "kids" but it's easier and less traumatic for me and now I have yet another bad experience to account for. On top of that no one sits at the front desk at all everything is on a kiosk so there's no one to give any feedback to or call so here we are. read more

I wish I remembered the woman's name who has helped me twice now (I think it was Tina or Tammy) because she deserves the greatest compliment! She is so sweet and pleasant to be around. I don't know who enjoys getting blood drawn but I left with a smile both times I have encountered her. She even remembered me from months ago and that was so nice to have that personable feel. She is a gem and I hope I see her again the next time I come to this location. read more

So I've had long wait times even with an appointment at LabCorp. This is in a location that is in the same plaza as the Winn Dixie, just to the right of the Winn Dixie if you are looking at it. The location had only one person waiting when I arrived. They were called quickly. Already way better than sitting in a congested room at the last LabCorp I went to. They called me back and verified insurance info. Then sent me to a secondary waiting room. This one was empty. So I'm still happy. You can see the tech working while you wait. Not bad of a show. The tech quickly called me. She found the vein quickly. I was in and out super fast. Everyone was very competent and super friendly. I will come back here from now on. read more

The bigger hispanic lady who draws blood is DISGUSTING to say the least. She came out multiple times to scream at patients in the waiting area about the " many " appointments they had & that they'd be better off leaving. They stayed in the back & talked , while they stopped seeing patients way before closing time. They staff members refused to give me the ladys name to directly address the lady. they are unprofessional, immature & un empathetic. It is sad . I was a little nervous about getting blood drawn, but Sherri (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) was wonderful and made the whole thing easy and painless, and even pleasant! I asked her if she could help me understand what the various tests my drs ordered for me were, and she explained each item very clearly and concisely. She was also able to prevent drawing extra blood by only doing the tests that both of my drs asked for once. From drawing the blood to labeling the vials, all her actions were quick, precise, and efficient. I looked away during the blood drawing, but I barely felt it and was so surprised after it was done when I looked over and saw how much there was! read more

Went there today, nobody was there to take care of me, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front after calling for service, !!! HELLO ANYONE HERE!!! a fat Hispanic women came out and started screaming at me and yelled at me to sign in the screen that they have in the front, she told me she was there to take blood only. I asked her questions about the services they offered and she refused to answer any questions, she became enraged and started to threaten me, I had to scream back at her to defend myself, she followed me outside and continued to threaten me I was ready to defend myself if she attacked me but she went back inside. Nothing but positive experiences here. Friendly staff, virtually zero wait as a walk on and very clean facility. I've been here 3 times in the past month and received excellent care and service. My results have also been promptly uploaded to my patient portal sooner than expected. You can come in, check-in via electronic screen and choose to wait inside or outside (they text you when it is your turn) and each time I have waited less than 10 minutes before being called. These labs can be hit or miss, but this one is a hit for me! Highly recommend registering via their app prior to visiting, makes everything pretty seamless. read more

I did not care for this quest at all. I normally go to the quest in Orlando, which also has it's own problems but I had to go to this one because it was near my work. I went immediately after they re-opened after lunch. There was literally no other patients there. It appeared two people were working. I went and signed in on the ipad they have. A woman was working behind the ipad but didn't acknowledge me. I then proceeded to sit down in the waiting room. Which was clean by the way. I was the only patient, did I mention that. I could hear the staff laughing and cutting up and then someone yelled my last name and said "come around" I didn't know what that meant. They couldn't leave the comfort of their chair to even stand up or make eye contact and it was so unprofessional. I do have to say the phlebotomist was able to find a vein and not destroy and pop them like other ones, so that was a plus. I just think quest needs to do better when it comes to checking in. read more
