She greeted with a smile and was helpful in every way. The needle went in with a very little pinch and it was over in no time. Thank you to the folks at Labcorp!

The three people got called before me and when it was my turn the woman at the front desk made me wait for about 10 more minutes while she was on her phone not explaining anything at all and then said "you need to go to another labcorp" Before I responded, I took a minute to try to understand what she telling me. Before I could even respond, she screamed in my face "Hello what are you not understanding?" I replied back that I was unsure of why I was not able to be seen when there was other people before me being seen. She said "what are you not understanding about Wi-Fi issues?" which was never said to me or any of the other people who came in after me. I had a prescription for my labs and the codes were on there besides one of them I asked if she could do the ones that were already coded and she said "what are you dumb you would get blood work and not even know what it's for" I asked her to please stop talking to me that way and help me better understand why I wasn't able to be seen that day when other people before me were if there was only wifi issues and I said that there should've been a sign on the door or clear communication from maybe somebody above her, so I didn't waste an hour of my day waiting there. She said "how dumb are you the wifi isnt working how would anyone get in touch with you today" I ran out of there crying. I couldn't believe that she was talking to me and that way I was there for routine bloodwork, and saw on my script that there was codes provided. I understand that this issue might have been out of her hands, but the way she handled it was completely unprofessional and disgusting. She was a middle-aged woman wearing a shoulder length light brown wig and refused to give me her name when I said I was going to escalate this to corporate. She laughed in my face and said you wish. She had no name tag on. This is not about the younger gentleman working there that day. While I was waiting. I heard him say to her "you should take a break you seem stressed out" I don't think that this is how people who could have potential health issues should be treated or how anyone should be treated I'm still trying to reach out to corporate about my experience. I just unfortunately do not have the woman's name. Upon reviews see that the care is below average, which is unfortunate for the area. I would avoid this place.

I'm also stumped by the poor reviews. Done right, the process (other than the needle jab) is pretty…read moremuch painless. 1) Go online and schedule an appointment. 2) Arrive a few minutes early and you'll easily spot the sign-in kiosks which take all of 5 minutes. 3) Within a few minutes, a pleasant gentleman will call you into their registration area and confirm all the arrangements. If he mispronounces your name, as he did mine, he'll apologize and smile. 4) You'll be instructed to sit in a blood-letting station (my term, not theirs) until a technician arrives and does the needle jabbing. I always think of the Pink Floyd line ("just a little pinprick..."). 5) You get a bandage on your boo boo and off you go to eat breakfast if you were on a fasting blood test! All in all, I was in and out in less than 20 minute, but mind you, that was with a 6:45 AM appointment.

And to top it off when I called the complaint number they hung up on me after I said what I wanted to talk about

Labcorp - Hmmm. I've been now sitting here for 25 minutes. Good thing I'm not anxious about needles or needed to fast for this.
