I went through a number of different tests with my PCP, ENTs, neurologists, and even dentists (for what was thought to be TMJ disorder). Not one of these doctors has been able to diagnose the underlying cause of these health issues. I spent the past 5 years going to the chiropractor, acupuncturist, nutritionist, along with a number of other doctors and specialists in an effort to find some relief from my symptoms. However, upon arrival, I learned that the appointment was at a different location. The lady who came out first (to call someone else back) was very nice and said to just make an appt and they'd help up since they weren't busy. So, I did. The lady that came out for us, though (a different one) was VERY rude. I mean really rude. I mean, so rude that we walked out and refused to let her near us with a needle. The very first thing she did was fuss at me for making the appointment at the wrong location. I said I didn't know there was more than one location, to which she replied that she's told me that quite often. No, she has not. She's never even told me that once, since this was the first time I'd made it at the wrong location. When I told her she had never told me that before, she went off on me about how she has, many times. I was like wtf? Apparently every time I go there. Never mind it had been at least a year since the last time I was there, and she wasn't the person who helped us. My only regret was that I didn't get her name. I still can't believe how rude she was. I went in two weeks prior to my start date so that I could be prepared in case they did not have what I needed. I found two pairs of scrubs that I loved however, I needed to have one pair of pants ordered because they did not carry my size in the store. They told me it would be in within two weeks. Great! So I picked up the rest of my items about a week and a half later (they had to be embroidered) and I asked if they knew when my pants were coming. The sales associate looked at my order and said they should be in within the next day or so, as it was almost two weeks to the date. I received a phone call about a day later from a very rude sales associate who informed me that my pants had arrived however they ordered in the wrong color, so it would be another two weeks until my pants would be in. She offered no apologies or explanation and she insisted that I could not get them sooner unless a nearby store had them. She said she would call me back to tell me if they were being ordered or if they found another store that had them. She never called back. I still have not gotten my pants and they were ordered on August 31st. TLDR; don't even bother--save yourself, poor customer service, rude, unprofessional.
