I had to get bloodwork (specifically with Labcorp) done last minute and was in the area so I did a…read morewalk-in. The place was easy to find (look for the "Eight" on the building) and there's plenty of free parking out front. I arrived around 1:55pm on a weekday (closes at 2:30pm though which I thought was very early) and there was only one person in front of me. Check in was quick and easy on their self service tablets (2 up front) or I think you can maybe check in with the person at the counter (there wasn't anyone there when I was doing my self check in though until later). You just need to have your drivers license and health insurance ID card(s) on hand because the self service machine will scan them for the information. I didn't wait more than 5-10 minutes before being called (since there was only one person in front of me) and the phlebotomist that drew my blood was very nice and quick. Granted I am an easy stick haha. The lab was very clean and I had a great experience here: the entire process from check in, payment, and blood draw itself was quick and easy! No complaints and would return if I needed any sort of bloodwork done in the future. Just be aware of their closing times.

If you can't service walk ins, don't offer it as an option...what a waste of an hour waiting to draw blood for an 83 year old woman with cancer. 2- This is a cold place. It's a waiting room with chairs and a kiosk..you can't speak to anyone and it's very apparent that's the way they like it. I hope this is a Quest thing and not the future of medicine. When I walked in there was only one other person waiting. There were 3 yes three phlebotomist working. One phlebotomist came out stating if you didn't have an appointment you could wait up to 1 hour. Staff kept coming out calling in patients that were not even there. I went in and had my blood drawn while 1person was waiting in the lobby to have her blood drawn, the 2 other phlebotomist never went out to call her in. Terrible customer service.. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LAB EVER AGAIN!

I`ve got no idea what that this was about, but it kind of frighten me a bit, especially within the health industry, don`t know if he is a technician, but I wouldn`t want him drawing my blood, I feel I have a obligation to say something, as they say," see something say something." One of them completely ignored us and was outright rude. After we waited for 10 minutes, the staff member on the right finally asked if we had an appointment. Meanwhile, the lady in the center acted like she didn't want anything to do with us. However, the moment an elderly couple walked in, that same employee instantly jumped up to help them. It is heartbreaking to see this kind of blatant bias happening right here in Danbury. If you cannot treat everyone with equal respect regardless of their background, you shouldn't be working in patient care. People can see right through this behavior. I will never bring my son back to this office, and I will never use this facility again myself. I've read other reviews concerning the reception staff .

I had a MRI at Northeast Radiology in Danbury, CT. The MRI went fine, but my doctor sent them a…read morereferral explicitly asking for a copy of the images and report. He never received the images. When I called Northeast Radiology to request a copy of the images, I was told I have to use the patient portal for Clearpath. It didn't work so I called them back and instead of taking care of it, I was given the phone number for Clearpath. When I called Clearpath and told the rep what happened, she laughed and said I wasn't the first and won't be the last to complain about them. Clearpath was supposed to share the images with my doctor by email, but he received the email with no images. It shouldn't be this hard. They are incompetent and I will never use them again.
