When I have to have blood work done this quest diagnostics is always my first choice. The waiting room area is always clean and bright just provides a really good first impression when you're coming in for bloodwork. I highly recommend anybody that you download the quest app and agreed to text messaging. By doing so I am able to check in directly from my phone on the app and then about five minutes before I'm usually called back. I'll get a notice in text message telling me it's time to enter into the waiting area. This is especially great if it's a very busy morning or afternoon and there are no seats available. The phlebotomist who saw me is truly one of my favorites. I have very hard veins to find, and he always manages to find one and he makes the whole experience very calm. read more

I made an appointment in the afternoon online for a blood test. It was a bit difficult to find the exact location, but I was able to find it and park. When I arrived, I was surprised that checking in was all done by computer. There was no attendant at all. I checked in, and saw my name in the list. A couple minutes later, I was called by a technician. We went to a small room and she asked which arm I wanted. I told her whichever was easy for her, so she took my right arm. She did a decent job at it was pretty painless and reasonable. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My technician was a bit blunt, but still friendly and helpful. I was also asked to do a urine test, and the bathroom was clean. For a lab test, it was quick and not too bad. It wasn't too far from my doctor office and home. I would have preferred having a life person checking us in and answering questions we had, but the experience was still decent and painless. I can recommend this place for lab testing. read more

Staff was incredibly rude-- told the full lobby of waiting customers that they were running 25 mins late on appointments (mine was already 30 mins late at this point) and if you didn't have an appointment you might as well leave cause it's going to be a while. I'm in the 30% of women who gets very sick from the glucose test and was told at 26 weeks pregnant I wouldn't be permitted to use the bathroom while I wait the hour for the second blood draw. I walked out without being tested. Terrible and uncaring. read more

The tech poked my right arm and moved the needle around trying to find the right spot with no success. She moved to the left arm and did the same thing but this time she caused pain. When I let her know, she moved back to the right arm and tried again with no success after moving the needle in and out. I asked her if she could find some help. She reached out to a male tech who indicated he was busy with another patient. She found another lady tech who came in and looked at both arms and settled on the right side and was able to draw the samples. My left arm was tender for a couple of days and the bruises are fading. While the initial tech was friendly about it and joked with me, I will never return to this location. It was a very uncomfortable experience. read more

Every time I need blood work done I come here and they have always been incredible. Margarita was amazing.

Worst blood draw in my memory. Phlebotomist told me to squeeze my fist, then said, "Never mind, I have the vein." She inserted the needle and seemed to hunt around to find it. Big purple bruise, and it still hurts the day after. She also had me sign the statement saying I had verified my name was correct on the samples before she drew the blood, and afterwards showed me the label on only one of 2 or 3 vials, which seems kind of shady. I will be going to Colonial Dr. location in the future, where I always get a nearly painless blood draw. read more

I got here this morning without an appointment checked in. It was very clean. Very nice and then sheneeza called me to the back. it took about 20 mins. she was absolutely incredible. I am totally afraid of needles and she said let's do it and I didn't even feel it. It was incredible. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I appreciate that. This is my favorite Quest location. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. It is located between Windermere and Ocoee. If you are fasting and especially hungry afterwards there is Pho Real and The Fancy Pantry next door. Both of these restaurants are delicious. I suggest making an appointment to speed things up but if you forget it is not that bad of a wait. I have never had an issue with my paperwork or getting timely results to my doctor. They also have an app that allows you access to previous tests so that you can compare your results from year to year. read more

Quest Diagnostics on Maguire road is a great place to get a lab test done. They are very efficient and if you make an appointment there is just a five minute or less wait. The parking is free and convenient and there is a large waiting room plus a children's area with toys. read more

I usually have no problem at this place but I had an appointment at 10:10 am and checked in and was waiting for about an hour. Spoke to a women with blonde hair and asked how long they were running behind on appointments and all she said was I don't know and walked away. Waited more and spoke to another lady, told her I'be been waiting and didn't see my name on the screen and she also did nothing. Finally spoke to George, told him my situation and he said he needed proof that I had an appointment??? Showed him my qr codes and text messages and he had the audacity to tell me I was late even though I just told him i've been waiting for over an hour at this point. Told me I will have to check in as a walk in and that there was nothing he could do and "oh well" with a disrespectful attitude. Finally I left but this was extremely unprofessional and not one person was helpful at all. read more

Walked in 10min before my appointment when there was nobody in the waiting area & waited 20 min after to be called in. I was the first one on thier monitor when I checked in, meanwhile they called in 3 other walkins that came after me & thier name was also after my name in thier monitor! I needed blood work and a urine test but couldn't find an appointment online. I came in as a walk-in and was done in under 15 min!! The facility looks new- I understand it was renovated- very clean. I checked in at the kiosk in the lobby. I took a seat and was called in under 5 min. Amazing, efficient staff. Kudos to Ms. Dionne Thomas!! This place is the worst. I was a walk-in and elected to wait in my car. They said it would be about an hour and then they would call or text me when it was time. Waited for HOURS, nobody ever called or texted. Now I have to take a day off to get my blood work done. Worst experience ever, I highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

I am always quite apprehensive about any medical center keeping appointment times despite how long in advance I had made them. This location was fantastic. The check-in was via an iPad and was very easy. The person collecting my insurance and ID was very friendly. And the blood taker, Alfredo, was very very good with my extremely difficult to tap veins and was all smiles even though I know most of the workers are there at about 6 AM in the morning and my appointment was close to 11 AM. I highly recommend making an appointment and using this location. read more

Normally this location is rather quick if you have an appointment and usually friendly. However, during my most recent visit appointments were running 30 minutes behind and when I asked a question about my appointment the person rolled her eyes at me and gave me an unhelpful answer. The worst lab from Quest network I went. All their staff are very impolite, intolerant with foreigners. I went twice in the same day because they weren't able to receive my doctor's order and when they finally got it, the lady helping me hide the paper and told that she didn't received any fax. Then told me that what she received the order, there was no work description of what to do. Tomorrow I will have to go to another lab just because they weren't capable to help me today. read more

I've bee here twice in the past month and they saw me without an appointment both times. The first time they were nice and accommodating but the lady taking my blood kept looking at my veins and sighing. I would tell her to do whichever arm looked like it had better veins but she just seemed disgruntled which isn't good when you're about to have blood drawn. Today was the second time and while I knew from the first time I needed an appointment, the doctor ordered it today and its also the last day I can use my insurance so I went to see if they could take me. The guy said I could check in and minutes later a lady came to get me. A different lady, but still sighing over how I have to make an appointment and asking me what the numbers on the order were. I don't know anything about blood work, how do I know? She sighed again and went back to her station to see if she was willing to take me. She called me back a minute later and again told me I needed an appointment next time. Ok if you don't want to take me just tell me, I can leave! Please note both times it was empty and they were able to take me within five minutes so I'm not sure why they are adamant about appointments. Anyways it was 3:20 and they close at 3:30 and someone tried coming in the door and was yelling hello in the lobby to see if anyone was there. The lady who was gonna take my blood was like "Jesus Christ, we are closed." Both of these ladies who took my blood really need to work on their customer service skills. Additionally, my arm still hurts tonight from the bloodwork. I think its gonna bruise pretty bad. Will be trying to find a different place to get my blood drawn in the future even though this is probably most convenient for me. read more
