I highly recommend anybody that you download the quest app and agreed to text messaging. By doing so I am able to check in directly from my phone on the app and then about five minutes before I'm usually called back. I'll get a notice in text message telling me it's time to enter into the waiting area. This is especially great if it's a very busy morning or afternoon and there are no seats available. The phlebotomist who saw me is truly one of my favorites. I have very hard veins to find, and he always manages to find one and he makes the whole experience very calm.

I've waited until I received a message saying that it was time for me to enter the lobby area. I will say the lobby in this location is quite small and it is almost always full. They are very busy location. I was called a little bit before my scheduled appointment time at 9 AM. The phlebotomist that I had was absolutely adorable. She was super friendly and was thorough and checking all of the order information. She had a great bedside manner as I have horrible veins, but she made it super easy and painless. While this location is not my normal location for my lab work. This is my second time being here and I've never had any concerns. Not to mention, they are open on Saturday!

However, no one there and there were approximately 30 of us inside and may be another 10 outside waiting. Not everyone having a place to stand or sit, could not understand the receptionist she meant well. She tried hard, but her accent was so and mispronouncing of names caused additional confusion and frustration. I would suggest they hire someone just for the desk that can speak English and pronounce names properly, so that people didn't sit there wondering who was being called and what the person was saying.

My family and I have been coming here since 2021 when we met Diane who was amazing in drawing blood from my special needs daughter that has uncontrollable movements due to her cerebral palsy. Prepared to wait an average of 30 minutes after your appointment time, today mine was nearly an hour. I want to point out the lab text drawing the blood are wonderful and do a great job. My issue is the administrative part of the appointment checking in and making sure the labs are in the system. It's basically a small closed room and outside their are keypads that you use to check in I guess. On the day that I went, the keypads were not working so I went to the pharmacy and they told me to knock on the Labcorp door so someone could assist. This one other guy ahead of me knocked on the door and the lady said that she will be going to lunch and after she is back, she will take folks. Word of advise do not come here from 12-1 because of the lunch hour that the one employee who administers lab work goes on. I waited and when the lunch hour was over, I knocked on the door a couple of times and the lady finally answered and she seemed frustrated. I told her that I'm a walk-in and she tells me to sign into the kiosk. The gentleman that knocked on the door before explicitly told her that the kiosk isn't working. I told her the same and she said "I'm cleaning the room now and once I'm done I'll take you." I said no problem. She took me in finally and since I had to take a urine test, she pointed to the bathroom area that she said that she just cleaned. Usually for urine work, they give you wipes but this lady was like your paperwork doesn't state you need it. In what planet, will a DR. write on a lab form, please have patient use a medicated wipe?! When I entered the bathroom, there was no tissue paper either. This so called lab is missing the basic necessities. I would not go here and instead go to quest! Their facility provides wipes, is clean, and efficient.
