She was friendly and efficient, had me in at my appointment time and out shortly after. One piece of advice - since she's the only person there who handles lab work you're best off making an appointment instead of trying to just walk-in, since appointments will get the priority.

The walked her in, they checked for covid and strep. The did not even look to see what she had. She told them she felt a ball on her side of ther throat. They told her she be fine, sent her home. It could have been an allergy or something else, did not even try. No meds, no diagonsis, no dismissal documents. Very rude people. She went straight to Care Spot. They found she had post nasal drip that caused tonsillitis on on side. They gave her meds. They took the time to explain and actually looked in her throat. If I could do 0 stars, I would. Seems to me, they just want to bring people to charge insurance and that's it. Very dissapointed. Needless to say, no more MD now for my family. If you look at the BBB, they are not even accredited!!

The waiting…read moreroom area is always clean and bright just provides a really good first impression when you're coming in for bloodwork. I highly recommend anybody that you download the quest app and agreed to text messaging. By doing so I am able to check in directly from my phone on the app and then about five minutes before I'm usually called back. I'll get a notice in text message telling me it's time to enter into the waiting area. This is especially great if it's a very busy morning or afternoon and there are no seats available. The phlebotomist who saw me is truly one of my favorites. I have very hard veins to find, and he always manages to find one and he makes the whole experience very calm.

It is convenient since you just make an appointment and go in. They won't see you without an appointment, but during the week it's pretty easy to schedule one. The lady that did my fingerprints was nice, but their machine wasn't working good and it took multiple attempts to get them to submit. Don't go here if you're getting something done you don't want the entire waiting area hearing about.

Any Lab Test claims their staff has been properly trained to do pre employment hair drug tests. The…read morewoman who has done my hair for the past decade was horrified to find a random chunk cut out near the nape of my neck the day after I went for this drug screen. The staff member who cut my hair assured me she had been trained to do this and selected pieces of hair that would not be seen with my hair down or in a pony tail. I am a physician that handles narcotics in the operating room, I understand the importance of drug screens, but this is cosmetic butchery under the guise of safety.
