I started going when they were located in the Happy Canyon Shopping Center on Hampden Road, in Denver and I've continued my yearly lab work there since their move to the location on Arapahoe Road in Centennial. My experiences in Happy Canyon were always positive, but after the move to Centennial, the service was hit or miss. When it was a "miss", it was always a significant one." However, today was a refreshing change--it was truly a pleasant experience. Carrie was wonderful; she was friendly, kind, and returned my call promptly after I left a message this morning. Her efficiency and professionalism made my visit exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate everything she did today. Additionally, the best bonus is that she is an exceptional phlebotomist.
