I have been to a lot of lab corps, this is by far the best one I have been to. If you make an appointment and check in at the kiosk you can always get an earlier time. I have never had to wait. The parking lot always has a spot open. My blood draws are never painful. I also never do reviews so must be good! read more

You can not in good faith just change your hours with a note on the door if you haven't changed it on website! People are so upset with all of the closings of the labs and to not communicate with us your hours is ridiculous!!!! read more

Do not take your kids here. The lady was so mean and aggressive to my child. Ripped the tourniquet off her arm and screamed at her because my 13 year old daughter was afraid to give blood. My daughter left in tears and zero blood drawn. Seriously they shouldn't even be allowed to take people's blood. Don't bother with this place. read more

This is absolutely the worst Labcorp location in the south metro area. I keep forgetting that I've had multiple bad experiences here so I'm leaving a review so I don't forget next time. This office is jam packed with sick people. They never get orders from doctors even when the doctor has faxed the information multiple times and making appointments means nothing. Wowza it was swamped yesterday when I got there, but everyone was still upbeat and friendly. The staff that I interacted with were efficient and one was doing double duty, running the front desk checking people in and running back to do draws. The phlebotomist I worked with got me on the first try, that never happens! They are short staffed but they're making the best of it, have patience and be kind - it's never a good idea to be rude to someone who is going to stab you with a needle! read more

When I arrived a couple minutes before they opened, there were already 3-4 people waiting. A young lady opened the door right on time and told us they were having trouble logging into their computer system, but the kiosks were working and we should all sign in. We did and they pretty soon had their system up and began processing us. It was pretty busy, but the staff remained professional and pleasant throughout. Patients with appointments were taken first, then the rest of us by order of check-in. The young lady who did my lab work even noticed that my birthday was coming up. They could use a bigger waiting room perhaps, but overall, I thought we were treated well. read more

I wouldn't really recommend that people come here unless they want to have an absolutely mortifying experience. If I could give zero stars, unfortunately I would. The lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name but she had dark long curly hair) Was absolutely horrid. I dealt with her on two separate occasions and that's ultimately what's going to keep me away from this lab Corp. she had zero customer service skills whatsoever, and on both occasions I witnessed her not only being rude to other patients, but to me and my mother as well! Furthermore, the phlebotomist wasn't even nice. I get really bad anxiety when I get blood draws as I have fear of needles. When the phlebotomist noticed I was breathing kind of funny she asked me very irritated like "you OK?" I then told her that I get anxiety and she really quick snapped back and said "you'll be fine it doesn't hurt". What the heck? But what really gets me is the level of unprofessionalism that the lady at the front possesses. I'd love to spare the horrific details, but I feel like you just wouldn't understand otherwise, so here it goes. I had to complete a stool sample for my gastroenterologist and the place she chose for me to drop it off was this lab Corp location. I dropped it off at the front desk with the same horrid lady as before, only for her to say I didn't fill the information out on the container correctly and that I needed to come back behind the desk and fix it. No problem right? Wrong. She tells me I need to fill out my name, I fill out my name, give it back and this time she proceeds to half a** her job by putting one glove on one hand and used the gloved hand to shake the sample bag around! In clear view of other patients in the waiting room! It's bad enough that a stranger is handling my stool sample let alone waving it around for the whole world to see! Completely unprofessional and just straight up embarrassing. Needless to say my experiences at this location have been absolutely horrific and mortifying, and I will absolutely never be going back! read more

Worst customer service -- Kay D does not care about patients. Here's what happened. I've had diarrhea since a week before Thanksgiving. After two weeks, I went to Urgent Care and they sent me to the Labcorp in Parker. They wanted four tests run. Kay D said they didn't do the C difficile. Thing is, they do. It was coded wrong. Kay D had no sympathy for the pain I've been going through. She was snooty, didn't care to learn about me as a patient, and wouldn't call to clarify about the test -- not even when I asked her to. Let me emphasize this: she did NOT care. My question for her: Kay D, if you did not want to help people, then why did you take the job you have? She didn't care how taking off one test could affect someone's health and well-being. I called the Urgent Care and they even asked her why she didn't just change the coding or call them to clarify. Because she didn't give me the tube for the C difficile test. The other tests came back negative. Because they didn't do the C difficile, I have to spend ANOTHER two weeks getting the tests results back. Kay D -- that will be SIX weeks of having diarrhea. I'm in pain. I've lost 12 pounds. I had to miss work, and will probably miss more because I almost sh*t my pants and I have pain in my intestines. I've been taking anit-diarrhea OTC medicine. But, because I've been taking it for so long, it's affecting my heart, and more. My recommendation: Kay D should be fired, pending that she should find her humanity and compassion about the sick people who come in to Labcorp for help. She is heartless, cold, uncaring, power hungry, controlling, pretentious, and arrogant. DO NOT go to this Labcorp. I will be writing to Labcorp's CEO and Board of Directors. I should go to the Better Business Bureau. By the way, if I end up in the hospital or die because Labcorp's quality of care was severely lacking, my family has my permission to sue Kay D and Labcorp. read more

0 stars really a lab where they lock the door with a sign that says knock once and we hear you only taking 2 people at a time inside! I only had to pick up specimen cup and when she opened the door I told them I just needed to pick up. nastily told me I'd have to wait outside with everyone else. I only got in because a person with an appointment said I could go before her. 73 with a disability can't stand and was made to stand outside. idiots run this place. they can treat patients like crap because they are closing so many of these labs read more

The staff were all so nice and helpful, I was in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. Would definitely recommend getting there 10 minutes before they open if you want a walk-in as there were a few people waiting. But it seemed like everyone there was in and out quickly. read more

The staff is always personable and helpful. I've become a regular due to needing frequent routine lab draws. They listen to me when I mention I am a tough stick and they always get it the first time. No pain at all! I make my appointments online and show up just a little early and most the time I am done and walking back to the car before my actual appointment time. Our story begins when I went to Labcorp for my appointment. My mother, who is physically disabled, came with me. I went in for my appointment and asked if they took walk-ins, and the lady at reception told me that they do. So I let my mother know and she got out of her car, go her wheelchair and came all the way up to the office. When she arrived, she waited for a while to check in with this woman. When the woman at reception found out that my mother had not checked in using the Kiosk yet (I didn't know if everyone used it to check in or not), she began raising her voice to me. Over my mother's head, ignoring my mother, she chastised me for not having her check-in at the kiosk. She acted like my mother, who is in a wheelchair, was unable to speak or think. She told me I should have "checked her in using the kiosk" like my mother is incapable of doing that herself. It was so unbelievable to me that I kind of froze and looked at her like she was crazy. She got angrier and continued raising her voice to me. My mother and I left after the woman made it clear she could not help us. We had no lab work done. I also will never go back to this hellhole. Worst lab ever! They make you sign in and wait to pick up specimen cup. Then ignore you. When I returned had to wait again with a specimen that was supposed to be kept cold. This last time they have lost my specimen completely. I can't believe a result from there because of their mishandling specimens. Took 7 days to get a result for c diff and this last time it's been 2 weeks and my dr says I'm not even in the system. They should be shut down ! Incompetent personnel read more

Called office and left message on answering machine during business hours and is now a day later and still no call.

The people at the facility are pretty nice and the phlebotomist are great. All of that doesn't really matter when they lose your blood. After contacting Labcorp via their online help, they told me to contact my doctor - Not super helpful, 0 apologies, and 0 accountablity from them. Got a new form, went to Quest instead and got my results 2 days later. Really disappointed and really curious as to what they are doing with all of this stolen blood. read more

I wish I could do half a star. I have never had a worse experience in a medical office. The staff were so horrible and rude. I had a question for the front desk women and before I could ask she told me to sit down and that she had other people to worry about. I then got checked in and she was very unspecific about what I needed and gave me attitude. Then she started talking horribly about my parents and how they should have been there to help me and I explained they had work and she was rude about that even! I then get into the back to get my blood drawn after a long stressful encounter. The lady taking my blood did not seem to take any sanitary measures before hand and then I was breathing kind of heavy because I don't like needles in my arm and she said "stop huffing and puffing it's not gonna go any faster". At that point I ran out. No one should be treated as horribly as these two women treated me today. Worst women and workers I have ever met or encountered. I highly recommend going to any other labcorp. I would have rather waited 4 hours for my tests then to interact with either of those labcorp workers! read more

Visited site without appointment. Five people were in the waiting room and I was second one outside waiting in hall. When I went inside the curt receptionist said to use the kiosk. The kiosk booted me off when I had to edit my address. Screen said have a seat and you can co plate at window. I waited over 30 mins while the receptionist helped at least 4 others who entered. I finally asked if my name appeared before her. She went into a smart mouth response of "I have to ask you questions because you didn't answer on kiosk. We can continue if you drop your attitude." I left. Chose not to be in any business with such a smart mouthed customer interface person. She was dreadful, rude, and antagonistic, and so very slow. The process could not have moved any slower. By the time I left there were 8 others lined up in the hallway! I suggest going anywhere else. Horrible horrible experience and didn't even get blood work done. read more

I left my neurologist appointment last week with an order for blood work. Since it was not prescribed by my regular doctor, I had to find an outside lab. I chose Labcorp on Oswego based on one positive review (the only review) on the Internet. Since my call lead to an answering machine, I drove there to make sure the four tests could be completed on the facility. I was planning to make an appointment for the next day. The lady who was drawing blood was very nice and helpful. She answered my questions. When I found out there were only two people in front of me, I went ahead and got it done today. I waited ten minutes at the most. Based on past experiences (they have to poke me several times to find my vein or it collapses), I dread getting my blood drawn. The plady there was excellent. She found my vein right away. The process was quick (even for 4 vials) and absolutely painless. I would definitely go back there!!! Thank you! read more
