He made 6 students wait in their vehicles while he ran a mail errand for 15 minutes. Then when he got back, he did check us in, but we didn't start our 10am exams til 10:15am as he did not have the rooms lighting done, computers logged into tests, etc. Prior to the test he handed out foam earplugs and during the test began to make noise that was a distraction during the test. I raised my hand as the instructions said to do for 2-3 minutes and he NEVER came to find out what I needed. I was going to say he needs to reschedule the test as he can't provide a quiet environment. Since, I would have told him, that he is being noisy and distracting, which is the exact reason why I chose to take the exam at a testing site (to avoid noise and distractions). I continued taking my exam since he never came to check to see what was the issue. When I finished the test and sat raising my hand, again I didn't get his attention until he started walking down the hallway outside the room. When I met him at the front desk as instructed, he did give me my results report, my locked personal items and provided instruction before I left. The overall experience was unprofessional and seemed like a guy doing a side hustle. If you have an exam to take, go to another testing location as I don't recommend this location.

I got their scheduling line and specifically asked if they took my insurance. To which she replied yes. I went to my appoint 3 hours later, gave the receptionist my license and insurance card to which she gave me all the papers to fill out. Then someone comes to me and says they don't take Cigna anymore. So now I am in pain with no appointment where I could have gotten in with someone else. They should make sure all of their employees and contractors are aware of what their capabilities are. It's a shame I hear Dr Ingram is good.

The parking lot is a nice size to accommodate the customers of LabCorp as well as the other medical offices onsite. The office is on the 2nd Floor, small waiting area w only 6 seats. Clean, free of clutter and comfy temperature. ** whispering ** A water cooler would have been nice. Especially since a large portion of labs ordered require fasting. The warm and kind LabCorp employee (Teresa) was very helpful and welcoming. I had issues checking in due to it being 2019 & I haven't been to a Lab anything since 2004 !! My physician's office has a phlebotomist (thank God). Anyhoo, she was very patient and walked me through the process. My boys were quickly serviced and we were on our way. Great convenient location and addition to the neighborhood LabCorp!!

After jumping through hoops with email (after more than 10 days) and numerous attempts to reach someone by telephone who can address my concerns, I reached a live person who said she could not pull up any of my info but insisted I would have the results after 3 weeks and if I did not, she had no idea of who I should speak with or who I should contact. I would use another lab entirely- not just another location.

When it was my time to get the blood drawn; I had the most gentle and efficient tech. I never felt the stick and she was quick. With a busy Saturday and not heavily staffed the crew made it professionally worth the 20-30 minute wait okay.

The waiting area was very clean and spacious for distancing. After a few minutes in the waiting room, Sae escorted me to the changing room. I put on what he asked and locked my belongings in my assigned locker. Let's pause to talk about Sae. May God bless him. Sae escorts me to the imaging area. I saw that tomb of a machine and my anxiety tapped me on the shoulder. I gave Sae every reason why this was impossible. The first was that I didn't believe I would fit. I asked where the plus size section was. Sae just smiled and reassured me that I would fit and that I would be okay. He told me to take it in slow steps. He had me lay on the table to get acclimated. He handed me a cord with a button for emergencies. He said at anytime I feel that I am panicking to hit the button and I would be pulled out the machine. He then gave me a pair of headphones. He asked what music would give me peace, I asked for Chandler Moore. He then moved me in the machine slowly and then stopped at certain points to check in. He didn't continue pushing me forward until I gave the word. Once I was all the way in, I told him I didn't know about this. Sae told me to look up and back. There I could see the wall of the room. That was so helpful; it was awesome knowing that although I was really far in I was also very close out if needed. Sae had them start the music and I laid there in peace for 20 minutes. I am so grateful for the peace of God and the patience of Sae. He definitely deserves a raise. I was in and out within 35 minutes which was so nice. God forbid that I need another MRI, but should I do, I'm coming right back here. Side Note: The machine is a mega magnet. If you have hair pins, it would behoove you to take them out before entering. Trust. Me. On. This.
