When I told them that they just got very rude and said no you don't have an appointment we only do appointments only and we are booked for the day. So instead of talking time to talk to me at all they kinda just pushed me out with a business card saying scan this and make an appointment. They didn't even confirm that they got my primary's orders. So I had to call my primary in the parking lot because she didn't even know that they are appointments only. So moral of the story the staff could be way kinder and Quest as a company needs to do a better job marketing themselves

Hoover did not answer questions about some of the results and claimed that one result indicated trace amounts while, in fact, the amounts were considered significant findings. The provider also seemed completely different at the six-month follow-up, not focused at all on what she had said at the previous visit. I will not return. On another note, be wary of Google reviews that indicate 276 five star ratings! I have now had two bad experiences in Rockwall because I trusted the Google reviews.

Was referred for CT scan 5 days ago following blunt chest trauma. Chest X-ray showed 5 fractured…read moreribs. CT scan was done to rule out other injuries. Standard of care for results of trauma CT is 15 minutes. It has been five days and still no report. The only thing I got out of them was that they thought that I might have cancer on the abdominal CT, then nothing in spite of numerous calls. I had an abdominal CT in 4/24 at the hospital a block away. I told them that they needed to compare the two CTs. They did not think that it was in their job description to do the comparison. With my 5 rib fractures, I had to drive to the hospital, wait for them to burn a CT, take it to Hunt and wait for them to copy. Now, five days later, I am still waiting for results and concerned about the possible cancer diagnosis. The staff was courteous, but the radiologist(s) were lazy and negligent.
