I can't believe they treated my mom like a budoo doll with a practitioner trying to withdraw her blood. Now her hand is swollen I even think they pinched a nerve and that's why she is under so much pain I wish I could post pictures of her swollen hand so you all can see that. You shouldn't allow practitioners to learn using elders when their veins are more delicate and frail. My Mom is 87 years old and all she's been doing is suffering after that horrible experience with that stupid nurse. We are going on Monday morning to show them what they have done to my mom. Don't be stupid to use elders as your guinea pigs. On elders you should use the most experience nurses in order to avoid this reviews. Have more empathy tours the elders ok. This location has poor customer service, I would definitely not recommend I went to get serviced and the door was locked before lunch time , the time was 11:40, lunchtime was scheduled and advertised/ displayed 12noon there were several customers that were standing at them at the door knocking an African American elderly woman opened the door and stated that they were closed for lunch however again it was not 12 she then explained that if they did not take lunch that they would not get paid and that she could not guarantee that my blood would be drawn by 12 because they have a full house however again it was not 12 so again that has/had nothing to do with the customers waiting or wanting to get service she literally refused all of us service which was very frustrating, disappointing and poor customer service or lack thereof. I did ask for her name she said her name was Maria I asked for corporate number she said to go on the website she did not want to support nor give me any further information or assistance, I explained to her that I drove extremely far that also went over her head. I work in retail myself I understand when you are closed and when you are on break however this was not one of those times this was a time where the employee closed early and that is unfortunately unacceptable. I feel like this employee should be held accountable for her actions and the cameras should be replayed for time accuracy, a verbal warning should not be used a written warning should take place in this situation. read more

I've used Labcorp for over 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even when they are crazy busy. I have spoken with Corporate about making check in at the Lobby easier. Local locations never ever answer their telephone so for these two reasons I can only give them 4 stars. read more

All I can say is the following: -arrived 20 minutes early for an appointment with 15 people waiting in the lobby for service; all of my paperwork had been pre established prior to arrival, -I was given a QR code/scan on my email address which did not work, -there was an older gentleman at the counter that was having difficulty standing.....literally swaying from side to side. I put my hand on his back to steady him and was told by -Labcorp employee that I needed to sit down (MARIA MITCHELL), -I continued to stand by his side when the clerk, MARIA MITCHELL told me that I was infringing on the HIPPA laws by attempting to 'steal' his personal information. I asked to get a copy of the HIPPA laws while I continued to provide assistance to the man in need, -I continued to wait for my appointment, when I inquired about how there can be 15 people in front of me when I had an appointment (this was told to me by MARIA MITCHELL), -she then went on to inform me that it did not make a difference whether you had an appointment or not since it was really based on a first come/first served basis. She informed me that I had made the appointment time, not her (I could not believe the ridiculous statement), -a phlebotomist came out from the back and after all of the ignorant statements that MARIA MITCHELL had made, I was taken in back for my blood work. I requested the receptionists name from the phlebotomist and she refused to give it to me, but when I asked the errant receptionist, she did furnish her name. NOTE: THE PHLEBOTOMIST AND THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NAME TAGS, but they were conveniently covered so that they could not be read. Is there a supervisor and why isn't she (the company is run by all women so that's how I know it's a she) catching the errors of the staff. To not display name tags even though they are clearly required to be posted, is not the patient's responsibility to "fish" out from unwilling employees. Are they so embarrassed to be working for Lab - did receive a copy of the HIPPA laws which were simply not applicable whatsoever! Do the research on Labcorp.......their reviews stink; poor turnaround on tests to doctors, sued by the Federal Govt. for misinformation filed by them, etc. There is only one solution to solve their issues-ask your doctor for a different source for your lab work/go somewhere else......BTW, the President of the company receives close to 15 million dollars in salary. read more

I love lab corp from their ease in scheduling, to checking in, to prompt and caring service. I have small veins that roll which make drawing blood difficult. Maria and others have managed my blood draw with ease and little discomfort. We always share a delightful chat as well. I no longer dread going thanks to their great team. read more

I came here for a pre employment drug screen, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I went around 3:15 PM. Also, although the hours say they're open until 5 PM, know that you have to be there by 4:30 PM if you're doing a drug screen! read more

Literally IMPOSSIBLE for them to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you expect people to get their information.

Husband had to do blood work here a few months ago, using his very common name and then his DOB they told him he had a past due bill and they wouldn't do bloodwork until it was paid. He paid bill, they printed him a receipt wherein it showed that the mailing address for the guy who actually owed the money was in Maryland. He confronted front desk guy who told him he'd have to call billing. Spent 30mins on phone with corporate billing, who was super apologetic, explained that the guy at the front desk should've researched more when my husband questioned. Added additional identification verification information to husband's account. And had our money refunded. Fast forward to today, husband again had to argue with guy at front desk on how that wasn't his bill. Guy didn't look up any additional identity verification, only demanded payment. When husband made it clear he was not paying and relived everything that happened last time, front desk guy said 'fine, we'll let you have blood drawn this one time but you have to call and settle your debt before you can come back. No one answers phone at this location. Corporate/billing have been super helpful, but we won't be back here until the front desk guy learns to follow LabCorp's identification verification processes. read more

I needed to get a blood test so I walked in and about 10 minutes later I was done. I didn't have to wait long (I went early, 9am). This is my 2nd time at this LabCorp location and so far it runs pretty well. Most LabCorp locations do NOT run well. Quick, easy, not much else to say! read more

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are awesome and sometimes I'm afraid to come here. I'm 9 months pregnant, and had a 24/ hour Urine test. They wouldn't even do anything with it other than tell me to hold it for 30 Min. This is during the COVID pandemic and they have NO social distance in their lobby. She asked me to sit down and I kindly declined and said I would rather stand because it was PACKED. as well as they made me hold my Urine and my paper work for labs "because they didn't want to misplace it" today just wasn't the best day for them I guess. read more

I made an appointment for 11am. I checked in on my phone when I got there at 10:47, and got a message right away that they were ready for me. I was back in my car at 10:53. Fastest blood draw! My lab tech was Rebecca and I didn't feel a thing. Will definitely return when I need lab work again. read more

Love this location! So convenient...... you can park at the front door! And, the staff are so friendly and helpful. In general.... just discovered LabCorp's Beacon Patient Portal. Check it out at https://patient.labcorp.com/public/PublicWeb/PatientHome.aspx This site is awesome! You can sign up to have your lab results delivered directly to you via email, after your physician has received them. It gives you not only view access but the ability to save your documentation in PDF format. For most of you, this may not be such a treat as it is for me, as your physician may be local with a PA or nurse who get back to you promptly. But for me.... and I'm sure many others out there.... with several chronic and rare healthcare conditions and an endocrinologist who is a busy researcher in Los Angeles, California, with limited patient office time, this is a lifesaver. I have the ability to review my own results in a very timely manner, save a copy, and fax to all my physicians who coordinate my care. Thanks LabCorp for this awesome new option! read more

This my 3rd time coming here and my expectations have not been exceeded. I have come at 3 different times of the day hoping that the service will change and it has not. This place is a waste of time. The Labcorp office in Rowlett is closed. On their website it has a new address but when you drive up the building is vacant. Also the schedule an appointment feature is not available for the Rowlett office. The company needs to update its website. I ended up late for my appointment as I had to go to another location. read more

I went this morning at 9 a.m. to have blood drawn for my neurologist doctor. The first & only person I spoke with was: "Brandi"......she was very friendly and very helpful to show me how to check in at Lab Corp for an appointment. (I had never had to use one of those "check-in" Machines; Brandi was so kind to come out to the front waiting area and show me how to do everything.) I was then called in to have my blood drawn..."Brandi" was very patient with me in understanding that I had a fear of needles.....She did a great job of not hurting me & talked with me to keep my mind off of her task at hand! This center is very harassing with payment before even billing insurance and asking for a credit card on file. I have had labs drawn 3 times this year and the lady at the front desk harasses each time stating that payment is owed and labs will not be drawn if it is not paid ahead of time even though my insurance pays labs 100%. I would not go to this location! I will never go back and I am going to file a complaint with LabCorp! read more

The customer service here is terrible. I had a bit of a mix up with my doctor's office faxing over paperwork. When I finally got it faxed over, it wasn't the right paperwork. My insurance is not great and doesn't cover the cost of much of anything, so I'm having to pay on a bill. Well once I was called back she saw I owed an amount, then would not do anything for me until I called labcorp and got a confirmation number from a payment I had made. I came back with the number for her. She questioned me as if I was lying to her. She asked who I talked to and that the confirmation number I gave was so long and was I sure this was the right one. She made me feel as though I was making it all up to get bloodwork done. I will not be returning to this labcorp, which is a shame because it is in a prime location for me. I would rather drive farther then deal with people that won't really acknowledge my existence and don't trust the information I'm giving them. Needless to say, I didn't end up getting anything done, they never received the right paperwork. Which is not labcorps fault, but they also don't need to be treating their customers like CRAP. read more
