The woman (i wish i knew her name) explained everything but was so quick- for someone who hates needles, I barely had any time to be afraid because she was that fast. I went to this location for a my 1 year old baby blood work. The lab person (Kristen or Christy- not able to recollect name) and Student helper were the best. They warned me upfront about difficulties of drawing blood from baby . It was the most toughest and they managed to draw 3 tubes from screaming baby. They couldn't get required blood and explained to me on further steps. The best part was, they did follow up call after the appointment, to tell me they managed to send blood for all prescribed tests. I really appreciate the extra effort they took, to ensure my baby doesn't have to go through another round of BW. Thank you. read more

Main reason I came here was because of my insurance and the fact my doctors office said they would have my prescription from last year on line. I called their number to check before traveling here after fasting more than 12 hours and after much frustration couldn't get thru to a human. So I checked in on line and thought ok, I'll be good to go when I get there. When I arrived, again no human being at front counter so I checked in on tablet and it showed 25 minute wait and I still don't know if they have my script. I will NEVER come back here for me or my other 3 family members I've now been here more than 30 minutes, 4 people ahead of me, total of 8 in waiting room and not one person called since I've been here and no sign of a human that works here, pathetic! read more

After reading some reviews, I was a little apprehensive about going to Quest, but I'm glad I did! Check-in was simple, I was taken back before my scheduled time, and Beth did a fabulous job with my veins that tend to hide. The facility was clean and easy to find, and the process was very efficient. I don't know about other locations, but I recommend Seven Fields. read more

I was a walk in and there were about six patients ahead of me and I understood that appointments take priority so my wait would be a little longer. There was another person who also didn't have an appointment but she kept asking how long it was going to be and generally giving the girls grief every time one of them came out to the waiting room to call the next patient even though the monitor clearly showed the wait time. The girls were professional, polite, plus a painless stick, and kept apologizing for the wait even though i was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Came here for a pre-employment screening. I guess I didn't drink enough liquid prior and was told my sample wasn't enough. The woman working was not friendly, felt like I was a criminal the entire time I was here as she barked the rules at me. ‍ While waiting to give another sample, I observed another employee being rude to a man for "trying to check in twice". These women need additional training on professionalism. read more

I made an appointment before I went since I was going on my lunch break. I got there the same time as another lady who did not have any appointment. She signed in first so when the nurse came out she announced that I was next and that I had an appointment. She quickly verified my information and drew the blood. I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. The technician was also very skilled. I go for blood draws regularly so I've been stuck by the best and the worst. 5 stars across the board for this location! read more

This place is extremely unprofessional and one of the worst establishments in regards to medical testing. Many times, you have to take test because something is wrong or needs improvement. You want to be reassured that the the process will go as smoothly as possible as you schedule the test and await the results. Point number one, you cannot get a real person on the phone when you call this place, and to make matters worse, you have to know the extension of their staff to even leave a message. As I physically went in, they have signs that assume all patients live their lives at the 4th grade level by saying to not open their windows and only "knock" on the window if you need assistance. Ok, maybe I'll knock a morse code so you know what I need? Maybe I need the secret password? Oh wait, that's only if I need to leave a voicemail. After waiting for what seemed like forever, someone came out and looked confused when I said I need a test. They literally said, "We don't do those here, and I don't know who does." Avoid this place and call your primary physician or specialist to confirm where to go for any necessary testing. This place is less than a joke. read more
