When I have to have blood work done this is the place that I prefer to go to because it is down the street from me and also they have Saturday hours and when I sign in it takes maybe less than 5 minutes for me to get called into the back everyone is super helpful and friendly and they also explain things to you and I just like the place because it's never a long wait and they usually get my blood on the 1st try and if they don't get it then they will get someone with the magic blood draw skills to find my veins I recommend going to this place which is located in the plaza on the corner of Seneca and Union there is ample parking and just overall friendly customer service read more

I find Quest incredibly fast and efficient for blood-work. You make an appointment online and they see you within five minutes. There's even a super fast check in process where they scan a QR code from your phone. And you can even see your wait time on a TV in the waiting area. I almost feel bad for the folks with walk-in appointments, almost. The staff work quick and efficiently. I'm in and out within 15 minutes. read more

Worst experience ever, came here 2 days in a roll waited 8 hrs total, still got nothing done, all the appointments are few days away and I only have 2 days to get my pre employment drug test done, it's lose lose either way read more

I hate getting blood drawn. I have hated/feared it since I was a small child. I always tell the phlebotomist about my phobia and the fact I have passed out before. (Don't judge) Anyhow I've been to this location for my routine bloodwork two years in a row and have been blessed! Maybe it's just my luck, but the phlebotomists listened to my issues and did a great job making me feel more relaxed. Today he even chatted with me the entire time. It kept me breathing and calmer. They now have tablets for check in and a screen to show how long each persons wait is. It also indicates who has an appointment or is a walk in. I give this location 5 stars for their professionalism. read more

I came here yesterday for my yearly bloodwork that I need to get after my physical. This year and last year the phlebotomist was great. They were quick, efficient, and painless. They were very professional too. (I was led to the testing entrance on the right, near the door to leave. They expanded their area to have more rooms for blood draws.) Currently they take your temperature, before you're allowed in the back to get your blood drawn. On the door, before you enter the waiting area, there are a few signs, once of which asks you to please wear a mask. The other sign suggests not entering if you have certain symptoms and asks that only 10 people wait in the waiting area. There aren't as many chairs because of the pandemic and they're spaced out enough to encourage social distancing. They suggest you have an appointment, so you don't have to wait as long. I tried making one but couldn't get in until August 11. The Southgate location is my favorite Quest location so I showed up around 10am. I only had to wait about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. (I think their busier times are before 9am.) I had great conversations with some of the other people still waiting in the waiting area. I'll continue to use this location as necessary. read more

I booked an appointment online at 8am when I arrived there was a line out the door. I was taken within 10 minutes and the phlebotomist was excellent. I think the avoid the long lines "by appointment only" may help to pressure off the phlebotomists. read more

As I was walking in I noticed signs all over the door related to Covid-19 procedures. There was a limit of 10 people in the waiting room and the chairs in the waiting room were spread apart at least 6 feet from each other. A woman sat by the door and took people's temperatures with a forehead scanner as they walked in. Check in was really easy via a tablet kiosk which was wiped down after each use. Once I registered on there, a notice on the screen asked whether I wanted to wait in the car or in the waiting room and to provide my cell phone number to complete registration via a text they would send me and for them to notify you of your turn if you go wait in your car. I had the ability to schedule an appointment online before I arrived, but I did not. I only waited for about 15 minutes. The phlebotomist called me by my (pronounced correctly!) first name and took me to the blood draw room. She had me verify my identity and sign a paper to that effect and then drew the blood (after sanitizing the pen I used to sign). She was very nice and the blood draw itself wasn't painful. I was done in about 5 minutes. I'll come here again. read more

Culture, urine, routine test details: "Preferred Specimen(s) 4 mL random, clean catch, midstream urine collection in gray-top urine transport tube" They decided to give me a cup without a lid (clean catch anyone? Where is my sterile cup with a LID??) and have me walk from the first room all the way to the back to the bathrooms, collecting dust in the cup on the way, to find out from the instructions on the wall they gave me 2 less wipes than I should have had (I'm on my period like I am 1/4th of the time so I mean I could have used the wipes thanks). This bathroom has nowhere to put anything while you're prepping or done so good luck balancing, the sink is too small and rounded and you don't want to spill pee everywhere and don't put it in the sink because the water will automatically turn on... smart design! You might be able to put the cup near the top of the sink or back of the toilet, or on the floor but I have a herniated disc and turning/bending like that isn't advised. I probably wouldn't have been so worried about where to put the cup if I had been given a C L E A N C A T C H cup... I was here for a medical test and my test was deemed unimportant enough to follow protocol. I am in pain and am trying to figure out what is going on with me, this test wasn't just a pre-employment drug screen and that's how they treated it. Also this place REEKS of cigarettes, migraine sufferers beware!! It was nauseating, should have been a sign to leave. read more
