DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I had a 10:10 appointment and still wasn't called at 10:45. How are you running that far behind in the morning?? People have lives. I had to step outside for a call and was watching the board to see when I was next. I go in 2 minutes later and they claim they called me multiple times and I wasn't there and refused to see me even tho I had waited 40 minutes at that point. A fucking joke!! read more

Literally the worst. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. After 20 minutes it was obvious I was going to be late to my next appointment, when I stepped outside to use the phone they claim they called me, and then refused to see me. I would never have had to make that call if they saw me on time. Then one of the people working there asked if my doctor ever saw me on time, to which they always have. I've been coming hete years because its closest to be. Anytime I make appnt the comp never has my name in it so I did a walk in. They told me it's 4 hr wait yet I'm only person in waiting room n only mane on the boards staffs extremely rude nunprofessional. I used food mobey to uber here,they said i have to cone back in 4 hrs. Well I cabt afford their incompetent games so I'm just sitting hete in tears fir next 4 hrs 0 stars!!! read more

Absolutely atrocious bed side manner. My husband went for a simple blood draw and the technician couldn't find a vein (which happens of course) but my husband struggles a bit with blood draws. She said something close to the effect of "if you're about to pass out, I'm out of here" which set off his anxiety and caused him to leave then. He was doing ok up until that point. I've been to this Quest location more times than I'd like this year, but that's not Quest's fault. If you live or work in the city, this location is very convenient, and close to bus lines and a short walk to the Allen Medical metro station, if you're not driving. But they do have a small lot if you do have a car. I've tended to go early in the mornings between 6:30-7:30 am without making an appointment, and the wait has always been reasonable (no more than 20 minutes). Now they have a tablet device where you check yourself in. If you're a walk-in, you'll put in your first and last names, date of birth, and phone number; if you have an appointment, I believe you just input your confirmation code. The TV in the waiting area has a sidebar that lists everyone checked in, and an estimated wait time. The phlebotomists I've had here are nice. One of the women seems a bit salty at first, but warms up if you're friendly enough. My arms haven't been too badly bruised from the blood draws. They also have a separate, smaller waiting area if you're doing the glucose tolerance screening, and need to wait for the blood draw after drinking the orange glucose drink. The chairs are more comfortable, and there are some magazines, and a TV with channels you can change. The phlebotomist even plugged in a space heater for me since it was kind of chilly. You might have to share the room if others are getting the same test done, but I appreciate that they try to make the wait a little more pleasant. read more

I would give it a zero stars if there was an option. Today around 12:30-1 pm my mother went to get seen. A lady there proceeded to give my mother attitude for absolutely no reason and my mother was wondering the whole time why. All my mother said the whole time was her DOB and gave her ID and that's about it, mind you the lady was giving dirty looks at my mom. When the lady gave her a cup for urine sample she proceeded to say she should "throw the cup at her face" and although my mother doesn't know how to speak much English she understands it and obviously she's going to get upset at her comments. At the end of everything mom asked for her papers and the lady proceeded to THROW the papers on the floor. Frustrated mom raised her hand to hit the lady but stopped and proceeded to yell at the lady that she was a racists and she stinks as human being. My father went in to use the bathroom and the whole time she was giving dirty looks to him as well. Over all either check her attitude or is not ending well. This lady was super disrespectful and unprofessional if she's having a bad day she should leave that at the door not take it out on patients! Mom doesn't know the lady's name but she said it was a dark skin skinny individual with what looks like black hair extensions and light eye color...this is unbelievable and disgusting behavior. Also my mother managed to record the interaction as well this is disgusting and I'm very disappointed because people come here to get checked out or simply because they've been sent to do some kind of test. People come here feeling extremely I'll and this is how you guys are treating people? That's disgusting... read more

They just did a major renovation of this space and it's beautiful! Fresh, clean, smells wonderful. Super quick in and out times (after scheduling appt online) and the staff are all very friendly and professional. I appreciated the number of times she said "please" when asking me to pull up a sleeve or adjust my arm or make a fist, etc. A+ read more

I have always had good experiences at the Quest on Delaware Ave. I go early in the morning rarely had a wait. I do make an online appt and was taken in ahead of walk-ins the one time I went in the afternoon. I appreciate having a Quest location downtown. It is in a nice neighborhood and there is free parking right outside the door. The staff has always been pleasant and professional, the waiting room and offices are clean. read more

So apparently it's not needed to have an appointment. In fact they will let everyone else who is a walk in go before you. There is no office manager so you just sign in and hope you're in the right place. read more

The people who work here are friendly and down-to-earth. I've been here a lot, and they're always efficient and careful. The system is a little confusing the first time you walk in--just go and sign in, and they will come to the window and call you up when it's your turn. I usually wait for ten minutes or less. I've only had a significant wait once, and that was when I arrived at 1pm. They close at 2pm most days, so I'm guessing there was a rush. Going earlier in the day seems better. It would be nice if they turned down/off the volume on the TV in the waiting room and did closed captioning instead, but there are lots of elderly people who might have trouble hearing. I don't think people usually pay attention, though, since it's basically all infomercials. But, again, excellent staff! I don't mind getting my blood taken any more. read more

I've had great experiences every time I go here. Let's face it, getting blood drawn sucks, but they're nice and professional and do their best to make it painless and effortless. My veins are not the best, but they're careful and I rarely end up with bruises. I've had times (especially at the Quest on Sheridan) where the phlebotomist dug around in my arm causing major bruising! They never do that here. Even if you don't have an appointment, they end up not taking too long. I've had to wait much longer at other locations. read more
