Not only was the visit super awkward they actually billed me for a free annual visit, they stated it was because they discussed diagnosis codes , which the only thing we discussed was my order for a mammogram and Dexa, all of which are wellness related. However they won't call me back & billing will not answer calls or fix my copay. Due to the above, I do not recommend this group. Back to my search for a good family doctor.

They are in no way, shape, or form capable of dealing with people who are neurodivergent. They are giving me hell for having mutism and a hard time talking. I asked if there weee social workers and was told to sit down. I was then given a severely hard time while stammering and having difficulty with speech due to a neurological disorder for not knowing the difference between a social worker,!outreach, a caseworker, etc. I said I wasn't okay, needed someone, and needed to call my husband to call them to get help. Since then, I was told to sit in a chair in the back for SIX HOURS. No doctor to go over results. No nurse. Nobody telling me why I'm in this chair for five hours until a nurse finally told me they were getting a social worker. That's it. I am freaked out and crying. I am twitching like a rag doll due to spasms I have nobody seems to care about. I am in pain from the jerking. There is nobody. I am thirsty, finally walked out due to lack of care to have the social workers I waited six hours for to magically appear. UPDATE: The person I asked for a social worker from caused me to be placed on a 5150 by lying and claiming I said I was going to harm myself today. This never occurred. I asked for a social worker as I am disabled and did not feel safe being alone and wanted additional care outside of the hospital. This occurred Feb 23, 2026 at around 11am to 12pm. A social worker cleared me just to later learn nope, the hospital isn't done traumatizing me yet. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NEURODIVERGENT!!!

He's thorough, smart, educated on all topics of illnesses. He cares about you. He makes you feel special and he spends as much time as you need with him. He doesn't run in and out in a hurry at my expense or other patients expense. Too big to be polite…read more I switched dentists to come to this practice. I had a cap come off my tooth and I called to have it glued back in. It was a simple job the hygienist could do. I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears.
