Really disappointed at the service I received from this location after having great experiences at the one on Date St. I called a day in advance to make an appointment and when I arrived the appointment hadn't been booked. It then took over thirty minutes to diagnose that my tire sensor was out...even though that is what I had made an appointment for. I was shocked when I was quoted a hundred dollars higher for the same repair than I had paid at the Date St location a few months prior. After calling to do a price check I was given a price match but was told the reason it was higher was because they don't carry the part in stock like Date St does. The reasoning made zero sense to me and seems unfair to unknowing customers. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Be sure to read to the end and look at the pic as it just gets worse as you go. I have put $thousands of dollars though this shop and while its just a tire shop anything tires, brakes and suspension they are generally ok for vs the dealer. *sigh* Not this time... Took it in and they said they could fix the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light problem I came in for a couple hundred dollars of new sensors. Should have been fine but they, upsold me a $1500 axel replacement job on top of it. That would have been all good but they didn't fix the TPMS issue. They had the car for a week and couldn't get get it fixed. Now its at the Dealer who says its going to cost $1700 to actually fix as its the computer too not just sensors that have gone bad. So now I don't really have the money to fix the sensors cause I spent it on axels I now don't trust were actually needed. So now with the trust gone I do what I should have done when they first said I needed new axels. I watch some you-tube videos on the axel replacement they did. One its not that hard and only needs one special tool an large (think it was 33MM) impact socket and some special grease. I dig into the invoice for what parts they actually used and what they cost. Dig more call the dealer what do you charge for shop time? Discount tire = 195 an hour while the dealer is 235 an hour. I mean that's pretty close to what the dealer charges finding less savings than I though avoiding the dealer. Next lets see if we can find the parts and what they should cost. This is where I absolutely loose it I still can't believe this but look at the photo there is no denying they marked the parts up 200%. Not that's not a typo and even google says that's a "red flag" to mark up parts that much. read more

I called when they opened at 8am and they got me an appointment and a discount for emergency service! They also offer a tire insurance for $30 that protects against nails and a few other things. I think it is the manager with tats and beard but he was very nice and I appreciated the work the guys did on my car feels like it drives new again! I came in with a bad coil leading my car to slip while driving and had, had the work done before at another location prior but the coil unfortunately didnt last. They re-did the entire job (spark plugs/coils) for me that was under warranty but was not expecting that and just the coil itself. Just wanted to say thank you!!! Everyone deserves a second chance? Nope! 4.5 hours for a oil change. I was there at opening second car in and they just blew past me. I called to check status and let them know I need my car back only to be told I need a cabin filter and air filter I just replaced myself. The talk in the office while people are waiting is crazy, I understand being personable, but not everyone needs their life story retold on repeat. This is not a convenience, and I will never be returning. Plenty of other options. read more

By far, the best customer service I've encountered at such an establishment. First of all, I would like to extend a hearty thank you to Seth, Jamison, Alexander and Jerry for welcoming me with open arms. Since owning my Volkswagen, this team had been on top of it with no issues. The pricing has been extremely reasonable. Whether it was the brakes or the replacement of the vacuum pump, Jerry has been on top of servicing especially with his expertise on European cars, which gave me great peace of mind. This company invited me to make a review so here it is. I am new to the area and was looking for a honest place to have my truck serviced. This place is NOT it! Upon arrival, they seemed very nice. I thought this business was affiliated indirectly with Discount Tire and felt I was led to believe this by the service advisor. I was told they do not do warranty work for them, but will do tire rotations for free. They are not in any way connected to Discount Tire. They took about two hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation on my truck, which was expected. After I paid, I went to get into my truck. This is where the problems began. The guy that worked on my truck left oil spots from his hands all over the door handle area and steering wheel. So much so that I had to pull over right away and get a towel from the back and try to wipe it off. In the parking lot, I got out of my truck to clean it. This is where I noticed damage to the passenger door. I immediately went back to get the service advisor that helped me. He then got his manager, who immediately said it was not them and argued with me. The interesting part of this is when he came out, he immediately started flicking off the paint surrounding the scratches. I am guessing to make it look older and not like a fresh scratch. Fortunately, I took pictures before he did this. It has been two days and I have heard from no one connected to this company. I highly recommend you do not service your car here unless you want it damaged. They do not stand behind their work, or take care of your car. Quick Update: Their regional manager is also a liar (not a big shock at this point). After providing pictures, an estimate of $3,000 worth of damage to our $80,000 truck's door, he stated that they had 10 cameras in the shop. He also stated he would see the truck door go in and out of the shop. At this point, I was so happy they would see the damage they caused! He said to send an estimate of the damage, which he would show to their adjuster/body shop. I provided that information the next day. He kept putting me off until he finally spoke with my husband on Friday. He said they actually just see that our truck is white on the cameras. Brian (regional manager) is just as big a liar as the other employees at this shop. We now have to pay $500 for our deductible for our insurance to cover the damage they caused to our truck. read more

They were great on my replacement tires and alignment appointment! The total service took about 4 hours, but I arranged for drop off before work so I wasn't waiting on it. The oil change, however, took 7 and a half hours to complete which might be typical for a Saturday. The oil change only came out to $42 after applying my loyalty points, but the technician left my door handles, drivers side upper door panel, and steering wheel dirty. I have a white vehicle so the residue was obvious on the outside door handle. Not likely to return for an oil change. read more

Great shop to get tires and wheel alignment. Was referred by a friend and so glad I went there, a guy goes by Ez did my wheel alignment, great job and also got lifetime warranty. He also gave me a heads up that the last place I did my wheel alignment skipped on doing a full alignment cause the tags on the part are original and when they do a wheel alignment on cars they are supposed to to remove the old tags‍‍‍ I will be revisiting that place and hopefully get compensated, good thing I kept receipt. Although I can appreciate someone who is knowledgeable in a subject I am completely dense in, I don't appreciate someone interjecting and talking over me as I try to explain my concerns and ask questions. That should have been my red flag (besides not finding our account in the system even though we are previous customers or my online appointment) right there and walked out. Found a better brand of tires for hundreds cheaper elsewhere so that's where we will be taking and keeping all our future business. I originally took my car to a different shop but they couldn't fix my tire because they didn't have time. So I ended up at Discount Tire and Service Centers. Spoke to Jon and he was quick to help. He was very friendly, professional, and most of all he didn't try to up-sale me like other shops which is why I hate having to take my car to the shop. His crew was great, Ez and Moe were extremely professional and friendly. They fixed my tire in about 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Building was going through remodeling so they had a cramped trailer with port a potty. It took a long time to speak with an employee, who finally scheduled me for 2 tire replacement. He told me they had to order the tires & come back in 3 days. I called 3 days later and waited on hold for 22 min & was told 3 more days until they would be in. Meanwhile im driving around on a temporary tire the size of a wheelbarrow . Unsatisfied & hope tires I paid in full for 4 days ago will be installed in 4 days?! read more

I've been here twice and the first time, I thought okay maybe they're just busy it's all good. Had an appointment had me there for hours. So second time I go same crap. Playing the waiting game. Lies on top of lies. 45 mins ends up over an hr and when I asked how much more time they said oh another 30min, so I ask again after the 30mins and oh it's gonna be another 15mins, waited the 15mins and same crap it's going to take longer. I ended up leaving cause I had to get my daughter from school, I had my appointment early enough to pick up my kid. Never ever again will I be going there. Unfortunately the bf didn't listen and is there currently. He made an appointment. They told him it was going to be quick since he had an appointment but when he got there it's a 45min wait. And he's been waiting now for about 2 hours. If not longer. This place is a joke. So many tire shops with the area. GO ELSEWHERE. read more

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND MONEY! I originally bought 2 tires here for a hefty price each and they barely last 6 months before wearing, and they SWEAR are top of the line tires and will last a long time. That's not even the biggest issue I had here! (They have a really decent credit program that helps if you don't have the money atm & wish to finance a repair or tires) FAST FORWARD. I have an issue with my engine and came back to this place because I had previous work by them before (the tires) and was familiar with their finance program. Long story short the issue was the block cracked in the engine. was originally dealing with one manager who told me they could fix it. It cost me $4000. They told me it would be 2 weeks to fix, it turned into 2 months! I had to fund Ubers to work because I needed to pay my bills and pay for the repairs. Uber is NOT cheap. It took so long because they had to get a specific guy and the original guy they wanted to help quit. Some days he had days off and didn't work on the car. They kept experimenting on my car doing random work on it because they did not know how to fix it. So I was funding Ubers just so this guy could chill and take his sweet time. I finally get the car back and it worked well actually, better than brand new! HOWEVER. The repairs did NOT HOLD. I was driving my car for 4 days and it broke down again in La at 1 am when I was working. I live in Temecula so I had to get the car towed to a tire shop in La and I paid for a $100 Uber home because my car was broken. When I contacted Dcts they were not wanting to help at all. They wanted me to Uber my ass back to my car in La, PAY FOR A TOW and did not want me to come back to them but they couldn't legally say to not come back to them. (You can tell they didn't want the nightmare project back) so I eventually talked some reason into them that they should tow my car to their La shop for free because they tried to say it may have been Rats eating the wiring and not because of their bs repair. Their repair in fact did not fix my problem and made it 100x worst. It broke my engine entirely this time. They had to replace the entire engine, fix a bunch of bs like the converter belt, transmission, oil. They DID NOT put their best foot forward trying to rectify this problem and put in an old used engine and replaced my turbos with old used parts as well. After 4 more months of them working on my car I finally get it back just to find out it is not even a shadow of how it use to be. My car use to drive amazing. Now it BARELY PUSHES 80 and sounds LOUD ASF (not in the cool car way you might think) like it's STRUGGLING just to get up a hill or push 80 on the highway. My car went from a fun fast loud project car to absolute junk yard trash. My car lost value if I try to sell it because it's not even the same kind of engine that was originally in the car. They ruined my car and still kept my money. And I'm even more down money because of all the Ubers and towing I had to pay for. I'd say don't even bother trying to have a service done here, and just stick to tires but not even the tires are good. Very uncooperative and unhelpful VP. The managers tried their best but are working for a company that will not support them correctly. They just wanted to get my car running and gone, they did not care to try to make sure they did an amazing quality job. They were over it and now the result is I am stuck with an awful half assed job still making payments for such a garbage fix. PLEASE LEARN from my mistake and avoid this shop at all cost. There's so much more I can post about this but I don't want to invest any more energy into this. read more

We had been regularly using this company for all 5 of our vehicles. The last couple times we've been in the service has noticeably declined. Last month I had 2 new tires installed and the alignment done. Alignment felt off. Took it back and they had the wrong size tire on and alignment was done according to the wrong tires. Took car in for tire replacement this week (under roadside warranty) at 1p. Not told until closing that it would not be ready until the next day. Next day I called them just before they closed to ask if car was ready. It had been ready for hours but no one called to tell me. After I got home I noticed the hub cap sitting in the passenger seat - they didn't put it back on! Daughter took her car in for oil change today. After waiting 5 hours was told they couldn't do it due to age/condition of her vehicle. FIVE hours! read more

We usually frequent this location and today we brought our car in for a tire installation for all 4 wheels after checking the availability of a certain brand of tires on their website (GT Champiro). During the service however, I got informed that they only have 3 of the tires we wanted available at their store, and so they had to settle for the next best option available which were Momo brand tires. The service was great, don't get me wrong - I was satisfied with the level of customer service I was given and how understanding and friendly the salesperson I was speaking to was - but I was confused about the disconnect between the site and the store. For one, the availability of the GT Champiro brand tires should have reflected the actual availability of the store and second, I could not find the Momo brand tires listed on the site so I had no way of verifying if they were decent enough tires (Good Better Best as depicted on their site) for the price I received at this location. read more
