Pray that you have no problems because if you do, they will not help you. To add, I received very rude responses that were highly unprofessional, and even after being proactive and diligent reporting issues with a vehicle that was allocated to me. Only one representative was helpful in the very beginning who told me she notated my account and that after my rental was over that I would be compensated for a defective vehicle. I spoke to another representative who confirmed that they saw the notation and had instructed me to report this onto the website and also guaranteed compensation. After doing so, I waited over a week to get a response, saying that they were not going to assist and that there was no notation. It's highly convenient that they make it so that there is nowhere for you to call and no one for you to speak to. I am escalating this matter to another email address and hoping that there is a resolution, but I am also reporting this whole interaction and contacting my credit card provider to make sure that they also have eyes on the situation. Renter beware.

My only issue is the selection of Rentals Enterprise always gives me. I'm just never pleased. I realize It's temporary but a friend recently told me to use Toro or even Uber Rentals which I had no idea about. The point of this review is I always default to Enterprise but may begin changing that as they frequently give rentals that are a major setback from your original vehicle. Even if you reserve a vehicle outside a claim process they may not honor your request so you just never know what you're gonna get! I also feel unsafe when they give me a rental that has a crappy engine/transmission. It seems like you have to press so hard to make turns or just drive in general which is kind of risky. Just my 2 cents here. Enterprise may need to stop feeling so comfortable because rental car options are on the rise!

    Extremely Unprofessional Assistant Manager…read more I had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 5720 Peachtree Blvd in Chamblee. The Assistant Manager, Acacia Blue, was rude, sarcastic, and unnecessarily confrontational from the start. When I calmly set boundaries and asked for clarification regarding my service, her tone became snappy and dismissive. Instead of working toward a solution, she instructed the agent assisting me (Fris) not to service me and told me I needed to go to another Enterprise location. For the record, Fris was professional and was explaining the process when we were abrasively interrupted by Acacia Blue. Blue was the only person acting wild, unruly and unhinged. She actually escalated the situation by 'going off' on a tirade and using a hostile, aggressive tone i.e. 'first of all.' She is the antithesis of what providing professional customer service looks like. As a manager, I would expect leadership, problem-solving, and composure -- not attitude and refusal of service. This experience reflects a serious need for remedial customer service training and stronger leadership oversight. Management should model professionalism, not create conflict. I hope the Area Manager, Bart Bartimaeus, addresses this matter appropriately.

The passenger front blinker didn't work. The high beams didn't work, and the low beams were projecting 7 feet out in front of the car. The hub on the passenger rear was screaming most of the time. It was 100% a car that shouldn't be rented to people. Now here is the big kicker. I came to this company because enterprise has over booked and did not have a car for me. This seemed like an easy solution to me needing a car for the weekend. I originally rented the car from Friday to Monday and had to extend it to Tuesday. I had to cashapp them the money witch was no problem, this is a cash rental place anyway. The lady comes out to inspect the car and everything goes over smoothly. We walk back into the office to get my deposit and she takes a gasp and says well you took it out of state so that's another $107 and you were told that when you rented the car. I was not told this at all because I could have just went to the airport and got a car cheaper at that point and I wouldn't of rented from them. This total this POS car cost me 481.50 for 4 days. They are running a shady business here. I will be reaching out to the BBB about this, and I'll never recommend them to anyone. She gave me my $43 after she took $107 out of my deposit and locked the door when I walked out. If that doesn't sound like someone who knows they are screwing people over I don't know what does. Scam artists!

She tried to convince me that the location may not have been open that day; although I read off the hours of operation on the door. The people that worked for Toyota provided me with better customer service making sure I was okay while I waited for Hertz worker to arrive. They even offered me coffee and made conversation to ease my frustration. I am not say I will never use them again but it will be a while before I do.

Just when I thought it was limited to specific locations, I realized it's the whole company. I want to share my frustrating experience that happened right before Thanksgiving. On August 30, 2025, I reserved a full-size SUV for my trip at this location. A month before the trip, I checked to make sure my reservation was still valid, and nothing had changed. However, when I checked the app, I saw that it had somehow cancelled my first reservation. I then resubmitted my reservation, downsizing the vehicle and changing the pickup date to the day before Thanksgiving instead of that Tuesday. Fast forward to the day of my scheduled pickup date (11/26/2025). I spoke with Daisy at approximately 8:11am regarding my rental and informed them I would be running late. After providing my name, she told me that the staff at the location attempted to contact me on 11/24/2025 regarding my reservation due to vehicle availability. I informed her that I had not received any calls regarding my reservation and that this was a significant inconvenience on their part, given that my reservation was booked months in advance. Daisy advised that she would look for rentals at other locations, keeping me on line for 5-10 minutes while she checked with different branches. Which I knew would be impossible given the fact that Thanksgiving was approaching. She then informed me that cars would be arriving at approximately 2pm, which I told her that I was supposed to be on the road no later than 12pm, and this was really inconveniencing my family and me. After asking about compensation for the inconvenience, she responded with a terrible attitude, as if she didn't understand or didn't care to understand what I meant. I then asked for the corporate number and hung up immediately. Let's just say corporate is NO BETTER after contacting escalations THREE or FOUR times and informing them of the issue. I never received a call back. I was told they would try to locate a vehicle, but it was just swept under the rug, almost sabotaging my trip. Disgusting! I will NEVER do any business with this company moving forward. Word of advice, go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ENTERPRISE, you're better off using your uncle's Buick!

Javier, the owner, was paid over $7k for labor on an OEM engine rebuild, yet my performance car left the shop with a dead battery and a coolant leak. Not only did the shop owner try to weasel out of the 'warranty' by telling me I would have to pay for a coolant system repair, but he overbilled me. After agreeing on a rate of $125/hr the final bill states $169/hr which created about $1000 profit. Irresponsible comes from leaving my car smelling like shop oil/grease. My car has a dead battery, is leaking coolant, and smells like grease. IF YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS. Wow! What a huge disappointment!
