Oh, how I wish I could give no stars, but this app won't let me be great -- my horrible experience with Enterprise was to be expected, nevertheless. I have rented cars from this company for over 10 years and have noticed an evident decline in both the company and its value. Just when I thought it was limited to specific locations, I realized it's the whole company. I want to share my frustrating experience that happened right before Thanksgiving. On August 30, 2025, I reserved a full-size SUV for my trip at this location. A month before the trip, I checked to make sure my reservation was still valid, and nothing had changed. However, when I checked the app, I saw that it had somehow cancelled my first reservation. I then resubmitted my reservation, downsizing the vehicle and changing the pickup date to the day before Thanksgiving instead of that Tuesday. Fast forward to the day of my scheduled pickup date (11/26/2025). I spoke with Daisy at approximately 8:11am regarding my rental and informed them I would be running late. After providing my name, she told me that the staff at the location attempted to contact me on 11/24/2025 regarding my reservation due to vehicle availability. I informed her that I had not received any calls regarding my reservation and that this was a significant inconvenience on their part, given that my reservation was booked months in advance. Daisy advised that she would look for rentals at other locations, keeping me on line for 5-10 minutes while she checked with different branches. Which I knew would be impossible given the fact that Thanksgiving was approaching. She then informed me that cars would be arriving at approximately 2pm, which I told her that I was supposed to be on the road no later than 12pm, and this was really inconveniencing my family and me. After asking about compensation for the inconvenience, she responded with a terrible attitude, as if she didn't understand or didn't care to understand what I meant. I then asked for the corporate number and hung up immediately. Let's just say corporate is NO BETTER after contacting escalations THREE or FOUR times and informing them of the issue. I never received a call back. I was told they would try to locate a vehicle, but it was just swept under the rug, almost sabotaging my trip. Disgusting! I will NEVER do any business with this company moving forward. Word of advice, go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ENTERPRISE, you're better off using your uncle's Buick! read more

I have always had good experiences with this location. They always have a car if I make a reservation and don't tell you they're out of that class and want you to pay for a more expensive car or just tell you they don't have any cars like electric car Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Avis. Had an exceptionally good experience with John at the Chamblee location recently. Very laid back, cooperative guy; knows his stuff and doesn't try to trick you into buying insurance that you don't need. read more

I came in to this Enterprise location and worked with Alex Broe and Eric Dent. Really impressed with the high touch service from both! They were personable, professional, and thorough. Eric really made sure to provide awesome service from start to end. He really made me feel special and not rushed at all. He was also patient with all the questions I had for him. They made renting a vehicle painless which doesn't always happen when I've rented cars at other places in the past. I've rented several cars over the years and I would say their service was great. Also, this location is spacious and clean. They have plenty of seats available in the waiting area. They also have clean bathrooms which I appreciated as well. I recommend this location due to how accommodating, patient, and helpful they were to me and my father. read more

I reserved a 6 day rental through the app weeks in advance. When i arrived i asked the salesgirl Lauren what were the additional cleaning routines they had implemented in addition due to COVID-19. She began to name off the list as we go around the vehicle. As i got in the car and drove off everything seemed fine, but less than 2 minutes and i noticed an ant crawling up the computer. I smashed it & then a baby spider crawls up. I smash it, head home to load the SUV. LESS THAN 20 minutes into our drive, the computer starts malfunctioning, beeping/flashing/turning on heated seats & back to main screen. It did nothing when we tapped it & was a major distraction when driving. I called & alerted staff, he apologized & advised to turn car off for 5 minutes & restart. We pulled over & did 3 x's until it reset. A FEW mins later there's an ant crawling above my Mom's head. We rushed to smash it + 5 more. I called & alerted staff, he apologized. Later, 2 more ants +ladybug all crawling over my Mom's head and the ladybug fell on her. We later saw dried spit or snot on front panel & a glob + smear marks of teriyaki sauce or blood on driver visor. LATER on there were more ants crawling on a chips bag. I threw the bag outside & used my disinfectant wipes. THE NEXT MORNING, we ran an errand and when we got in suv I looked down and saw well over 50 ants crawling all over the floorboard & panel. I grabbed my wipes & wiped them off. Then I saw what can only be described as an entire colony of ants on the mat. They WERE EVERYWHERE! I used more wipes. I WENT INTO a store a few mins. Got back in car...more ants. More wipes. I'm LIVID!!! I called, alerted staff, they advised me to switch out cars. When I got to the SC location to switch out, I told them a/b ants & they were quick to get me out the car. AS I WAS getting my stuff there were more ants all over the floors The staff were in disbelief & said they gave you a DIRTY CAR. FAST FORWARD to the car return I called this branch and asked to extend it for an additional day they replied "No worries, take your time, we'll take good care of you and we will see you tomorrow." When we arrived [6/30/2020] to return the car Lauren informed us the final balance was extremely higher then the original She began to "explain" that they compensated the additional day for me as a courtesy due to "the conditions [THEM GIVING ME A DIRTY CAR] the original vehicle was in." But, I would have to pay $78 + taxes/fees b/c I arrived 8 hours (same day) past "return time." THE MANAGER KYLE [was no help at all] came out and "explained the extra charges & fees" the numbers didn't add up at all. I asked him where I should forward the video and photos. He said he didn't need them. My mom also showed him the ant bites on her foot but he just brushed her off and seemed too busy & completely uninterested. [Staff had previously said they would like to see the photos and videos] Kyle never once apologized, listened, made eye contact with us or anything we were explaining to him. His main focus was collecting more money while keeping his eyes fixed on his tablet screen, arguing the charges, ignoring nor listening to our concerns and experience. WE ARE RATING THIS BRANCH AN F DUE TO THE FOLLOWING ~RENTING A DIRTY, UNSAFE SUV ~RENTING AN ANT INFESTED SUV ~LOST 4 HOURS SWITCHING OUT ~MOD KYLE DISPLAYING POOR LEADERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE This is inexcusable & unacceptable & poor service and should never happen EVER Period. read more

I arrived to this location to reserve a Mazda truck however the manager rented the truck to another customer after my deposit and reservation. The manager apologized by saying, "that was my fault." I explained to the manager that I had already paid my deposit and had just reserved And confirmed on multiple occasions with his employee that I would be reserving the Mazda truck. He replied Yeah that was my fault again. I then explained to the manager that I was an active online reviewer he responded with a series of question, "are you mad bro?" Didn't you drive off to get ice cream after looking at the car? Will your review be good or bad? He asked my girlfriend did she bring him ice cream back? SMH. I replied, no I'm not mad. I just don't know why you and your employee would continue approaching my vehicle asking me while I'm on a timed online bidding website for real estate about the car that I had already reserved and paid my deposit for and then while on this bidding website I look up to see someone driving off in the car. I explained to the manager that I had informed his employee that I will finish up my business on the phone and ride across the street to the ice cream store and come back to get the Mazda. The manager then proceeded to ask well do you want the Hyundai I forget the model, but I responded no I'll just wait on the truck that they had on the lot. The manager informed me that it was reserved already but if the guys didn't come in to get it I could get that vehicle. I explained to him that I would wait because like I said I had already been waiting on business anyway. This enterprise location Closes at five p.m.. 5 o'clock came They locked the doors let down the window shades basically closed the store with me inside customer still hasn't shown up for his reservation. The enterprise phone then rang, it was the customer saying that he would arrive at 5:07 to pick up the truck that I was also promised if he didn't show up for his 5 o'clock reservation. I then asked the manager how long after closing would he Wait for the customer to pick up the vehicle. He said he will probably wait an additional 10 minutes which at that time would've been like 5:20 PM. Interesting to see how this would turn out I decided to wait. The guy finally showed up they unlocked the door to the store and let him in. Which was very considerate! I just wish I'd of gotten the same consideration with my reserved vehicle. I would leave less if this was an option. Kyle Branch the branch manager does not need to be working in customer service by any means. While speaking to him on dealing with an issue he was rude, raised his voice and interrupted me continuously to the point where I had to ask if I may finish my sentence. I have never endured such unprofessional behavior especially coming from a branch manager. "To exceed our customers' expectations for service, quality and value" , this is part of their missions statement but this location did not exceed our expectations, in fact this was the last time we are renting from this location definitely the last time I'm ever renting with enterprise. The branch manager Kyle needs to undergo another management class or improve his communication and customer service skills as he comes off very rude, entitled and aggressive. I hardly ever write negative reviews, but I am compelled to do so now! I had the worst experience at this location. When I took my car to my mechanic to be worked on, I needed a pick up. But when I called, the phone rang and rang, no voicemail option or real person. I called again, and this time an automated voice came on saying "We're sorry, all representatives are busy, etc." Then I was on hold for five minutes and the system said "Goodbye" and hung up on me! I called several more times and the same thing happened. Meanwhile I'm sitting at my mechanic with no pick up, and I was then late to a business meeting. I finally got through to a real person who came to get me. The driver was kind and excellent, but I was frustrated. Then I got the rental car. I drove it away and noticed about 30 minutes later than there was less than a quarter of a tank of gas! I called again to inform them, and of course the phone system kept hanging up on me. I called the main Enterprise line and they told me "Don't worry about it, they will credit you if you fill it up beyond that point." When I returned the car, of course they tried to tell me that they don't do a credit for returning it with more gas than you left with! To make matters worse, the manager offered to credit me for a day because of all the frustration, and I still haven't seen that show up in my email. I called the branch again, and the phone system is STILL not fixed a week later! I'm currently still on hold trying to get this resolved. I will not rent from Enterprise again! read more
