Extremely Unprofessional Assistant Manager I had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 5720 Peachtree Blvd in Chamblee. The Assistant Manager, Acacia Blue, was rude, sarcastic, and unnecessarily confrontational from the start. When I calmly set boundaries and asked for clarification regarding my service, her tone became snappy and dismissive. Instead of working toward a solution, she instructed the agent assisting me (Fris) not to service me and told me I needed to go to another Enterprise location. For the record, Fris was professional and was explaining the process when we were abrasively interrupted by Acacia Blue. Blue was the only person acting wild, unruly and unhinged. She actually escalated the situation by 'going off' on a tirade and using a hostile, aggressive tone i.e. 'first of all.' She is the antithesis of what providing professional customer service looks like. As a manager, I would expect leadership, problem-solving, and composure -- not attitude and refusal of service. This experience reflects a serious need for remedial customer service training and stronger leadership oversight. Management should model professionalism, not create conflict. I hope the Area Manager, Bart Bartimaeus, addresses this matter appropriately. read more

I recently needed a rental car and defaulted to Enterprise! Before I go deeper in my review the staff were Efficient, Friendly, and Personal. My only issue is the selection of Rentals Enterprise always gives me. I'm just never pleased. I realize It's temporary but a friend recently told me to use Toro or even Uber Rentals which I had no idea about. The point of this review is I always default to Enterprise but may begin changing that as they frequently give rentals that are a major setback from your original vehicle. Even if you reserve a vehicle outside a claim process they may not honor your request so you just never know what you're gonna get! I also feel unsafe when they give me a rental that has a crappy engine/transmission. It seems like you have to press so hard to make turns or just drive in general which is kind of risky. I believe that this location racially profiles. I went to this location. Renting from 6/11-6/14 with my license expiring on 6/13. I had an unexpired license in hand. Also I had a digital copy of my renewal pulled up from the Georgia Department of Public Safety on my phone. Jansen Brown did not accept my current license and said I had to get a paper copy of the renewal from the DPS. When asked if that was a policy he stated he didn't know but we needed a paper copy of what we were showing him. I asked if we could send it to him to print out, with the printer directly behind him, he said he wasn't willing to do it. When asked why, he simply stated he was not doing it. I asked if I could speak to his manager and he said he was not giving out his phone number. I asked for his name. He gave the name David Bannister. He never offered any alternative. When I left, I checked the website and it states that he could have used military ID with an expired license. It also states that they can accept a paper copy. We also came to another enterprise, and he sent an email out warning them about me. Why would you send an email out if the policy is the same everywhere? Why would it matter if we went to another location? We called reservations and they advised it shouldn't be a problem with them printing a copy. I've received a call from corporate regarding a claim for the damage (pre-existing) on the rental vehicle. So, it seems that the representative that I talked with during drop off went ahead and placed the claim even though we had discussed that the damage was covered through the daily insurance. Good job on being a sleazy business. I will not take my business to this location anymore and will let others know that the representatives here are not trustworthy. Had the pleasure of working with Bryan and Blue at this location. These employees went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met. I appreciated the excellent customer service and added flexibility even when they were short staffed and had a limited amount of vehicles. This process is usually considered time consuming and stressful, but I could tell they did their best to make it as easy of a transition for me as possible. I can't say enough about these two! I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service was very good. I would have given 4 stars but the car was filthy. The rear windows were completely smudged with kid fingerprints apparently dredged in chicken noodle soup. The residue was everywhere and had to be scraped off (not wiped). There was a greasy substance on the steering wheel and dashboard. The gas tank was empty. It would appear that the vehicle was immediately rented out after being returned by the previous renter, and no Covid protocols were followed. read more

This place needs old management back. In he past couple years I've done at least $4,000 annually with this branch specifically because of the great customer service. For the first year I would Uber down from my home in sandy Springs just to rent here. Then I got another house in Clarkston and decided to keep using this location for business. Not any more... The entire staff is new as everyone else has moved on or been promoted. I have never been charged for an additional driver, I get complimentary upgrades when the cars I book aren't available, the old staff knew my name by heart but not this crew. They are all much younger and can't grasp the benefits of traditional "Enterprise" customer service. No, i am not entitled... just making an observation. When you do what you can to make sure customers are satisfied, they will come back. When you turn around and charge them for what you've done it's no longer customer satisfaction, it's your job... and plenty other companies just do "their job." The worst car rental experience ever. Charlene had zero knowledge of what she was doing. I asked her numerous times, I just want to talk to your supervisor and she said no, told me if I wanted to talk to a supervisor I could call 1800 Enterprise and hung up on me. Porsha was a complete nightmare. Basically rolled her eyes and just left me stranded, because she didn't have time to find out the right answer. Terrible customer service! I rented a car and requested a pick up. I was told that I'd be picked up within 30 minutes since I was only a few miles from the lot. After one hour, I called back and they said someone was actually on their way to pick me up. After two hours I called again and they said that I lived outside the pickup area??? I filed a complaint with customer service over the phone and I sent emails and after 2 months Enterprise hasn't even responded. Wow! Hertz and Avis are definitely worth the money! read more

The enterprise at 5720 Peachtree industrial Blvd (Chamblee) was amazing. I was getting my car repaired at World of Toyota and I called their office to set up a time pick up my rental. I spoke with the most delightful lady by the name of Tiara. She was so sweet as she patiently listen to me telling her how bad my day was going. Within 5 minutes she sent a ride to pick me up from my location to her enterprise office. While I was there she notice that my reservation was for a compact car and they had nothing available at the time. She recommended that I called the insurance company so they can try to upgrade my reservation. I was successfully able to upgrade to a truck, for when she discussed with her manager Chelsey Merrell and they put me into a big Nissan Armada. Yesssss.... I was so excited and pleased with this service I wanted to hug them both. This was the best experience I ever had. When and if I have to rent again it will be with Enterprise (Chamblee). :) read more

This location of Enterprise made renting a car super easy. I ordered an economy car through Costco.com and came to pick it up. They were out so they offered to upgrade me to a Nissan Armada, which I gladly accepted. I had only rented for one day, but it took 3 days for my car to be repaired so I called them, and they easily extended the rental AND did it for the one-day economy price that I had initially received. read more

I have always had an awesome experience at this location. So much so that I bypass 2 closer locations to use this one. Sure, the site is tight on space. That's because it's in a very busy area. And it has a lot of customers...duh they must be doing something right. They always pick me up and drop me off quickly. My car is always ready when promised. Usually the car is immaculate inside and out. This last time the seats were a little dirty. But, I found a batman under the seat so I think little kids were in it before me. The employees here are so kind and caring. The customer service I received could not have been better. I took my car in to Hyundai across the street for a check engine light on my fairly new car. They wanted to keep it over night and run diagnostics and kindly offered to pay for an enterprise car for my to drive around in till they verified what the issues was. (Turned out to be that I filled my gas tank while the engine was On. My bad). Enterprise came and picked me up from across the street. While waiting I noticed one of the male customers at the front desk acting angry and a little rude but the representative was handling him with patience (more than I would have). Once I got to the front. I was lucky enough to get Shane. Who was just amazing. The paperwork was completed fairly quick. I went out and picked out this Jetta (I noted I really wanted this new GMC crossover they had in the lot since I drive a crossover it would be rough to transfer to a low sitting car, but it was out of the price range that Hyundai's agreement pays for). We go inside and finalize everything. Shane goes and cleans the car and gets it ready. When the rude guy at the end throws a childish fit that he picked out that car. I calmly just let it go and pick out a different one on the lot. Shane goes back outside to prepare the next car I picked out. When I go out to inspect the vehicle. He hands me the key to the GMC I really wanted. Then went above and beyond to explain the specifics of this car and the handling. I drove off happy and found a car I might consider buying next time. This was months ago and im just now getting around to writing this review. To this day I can remember his name based on how well he treated me. When you rent a car...take care. Dropped one car off to get a new top today and went to Enterprise Rent a Car to pick up the pre-arranged rental. While inspecting the car I pointed out damage on the front, some damage to the rear fender and scratches surrounding the rear door, a lot but not deep. They noted the damage issues but flat out refused to note the paint scratches. They would not budge so I would not rent the car. I notified my insurance agent of the issue and they also said don't rent unless they note all damage as they will blame you when the car is returned.my thoughts too. Generally, I've had positive experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car largely resulting from great customer service and well conditioned rental cars. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left more to be desired. In regards to the vehicle rented, I was disappointed to find that there was less than an 1/8th of a tank of gas in it and there was a notification that the vehicle had low tire pressure. Having received vehicle with such little gas, filling up the gas tank was a top priority promptly after picking it up. And the tire pressure - could they not had ensure the tires were properly inflated prior to allowing the vehicle to leave the location? In terms of service, it was frustrating to find the location packed with customers when I came to return the vehicle. Though I was patiently waiting to be assisted, I was skipped over by a customer that walked in 10 minutes after I arrived - likely because the office doesn't have system to keep track of who is next. I'm sure the service agent didn't realize I had been waiting and was next, but from a customer's point of view, it was an unnecessary frustration. This won't impact my likelihood to use Enterprise again, as I've had similar experiences at their competitors' offices. Though I would hope not to receive the same experience a second consecutive time. read more

Sales rep puts me in a sedan (per Manager's decision). Manager is "too busy" to discuss alternatives (I did not mind paying for larger vehicle). Extremely satisfied with the customer service I have received ! A lot of corporate companies don't care of they upset a customer it two because of the amount of customers they receive in whole . This was not the case . With every question and concern (such as car size for vacation) they made sure we were satisfied . This place is always good to me. There was one occasion when the car smelled like stale cigarette smoke. And sometimes there are mistakes on the receipt that I notice after I leave, but I call and they fix it right away. This is a good place to rent from. And always friendly service. I have never been treated so badly in my life! Amidst all the turmoil in Atlanta with Hurricane Irma, my car experienced a severe problem so the KIA dealership arranged a rental car while they replace my engine. They dropped me at the location and left, then as the clerk began processing my rental, they refused to rent to me because my drivers license was damaged BUT still completely readable and current. They not only would not rent to me, but they kicked me out in the street and I had to walk back to the KIA dealership in the rain. I returned the next day after replacing my damaged license (thanks to a loaner car from Kia) and they STILL refused to rent a car to me. I have NEVER been treated with such disdain or cruelty - they had ZERO concern for my safety or my situation. NEVER rent from this location! They are TERRIBLE!!!!! they should be ashamed of themselves for having so little regard for a fellow human being in need. read more

This Enterprise had EXCELLENT customer service. I was in an accident (in one of their cars) and got the car towed to Enterprise when they were about to close. The accident wasn't my fault, but their rental vehicle was probably totaled. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and helped take care of everything. They even stayed with me way past closing until my ride came. I've never written a Yelp review, but these guys really deserve an A+! read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I literally reserved a compact rental 2 months in advance. When I got there, they upgraded me to a full size car without informing me because they didn't have any compact cars. I specifically asked if the car was fairly fuel efficient. They lied and said that it was repeatedly. I ended up spending almost $50 every time I needed to fill up the tank. I called the other location located by Curry Honda which I was given great customer service, but unfortunately because I have to go through a specific one due to the body shop I'm taking my car to I had to call this one. The guy JERRY who answered the phone was so rude did not listen to a thing I said basically rushed to put me on hold. While on hold the recording that played did not represent what I got when I called in. He finally came back to the phone about 3-4 minutes later and I told him I was placed on hold he rushes off the phone once again and says he's busy helping someone get checked in I asked was there anyone else who could help he says no everyone else is busy. I would rather my call to be left unanswered then to receive the horrible service JERRY gave me I work in customer service and I know this is not how you treat a customer regardless if your busy or not.
