This service is an online scam. They take your money, but the service does not exist. There is no parking lot and no shuttle service as advertised. There are no signs indicating where the parking lot is located. After you pay, they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. They also refuse to issue refunds. This caused us a great deal of stress and frustration. We almost missed our cruise because of this. Do not fall for this fraud. read more

No complaints! Embarkation at Port Everglades is always chaotic - I waited with others for maybe 30 minutes. Driver was courteous and loaded everything quickly according to drop off location. No issues getting to the right pier. When I disembarked Sunday morning at 8:30, I was lucky enough - the shuttle was waiting with another couple on board. I was in my car at 8:50 a.m. The only suggestion I would make is to tell people where they will be picked up - for me it was the same location I was dropped off - by baggage drop off. I didn't know until I called the shuttle number for pickup. While waiting for pick up at the Embassy, others returning were complaining they had to Uber back due to no pickup. I think the company is short-staffed, like everywhere. But I had no problems and will use this location again next time I sail from Port Everglades. read more

Worst parking experience I ever had! Poor signage in parking area-- vans were unmarked--staff was rude. Driver never asked where I was going-- I assumed he was going to the airport--instead he went to the cruise port, and when I told him where I needed to go, he was annoyed with me! Then on my return flight, I had called and was waiting at the designated spot for pickup. Again, an unmarked van pulled up right in front of me --I could see the driver making a phone call. I had my phone in my hand but it never rang--then she drove off without even opening her door to ask if I was waiting for her! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If u are parking in ft Lauderdale for a cruise do not park anywhere that uses this shuttle service. Getting to the cruise terminal was easy but when we went to return we called the number on the form and all we got was a recording in Spanish the a hang up. We could not call to get them to come pick us up. Several couples were waiting for them at the same time. Some had already waited over an hour when we got back out there. They said the same thing, they called and got Spanish, I googled the corp. number and after searching found a number a human would answer, I was told that we didn't have to call that the shuttle would make a round to us. By now it had been one hour forty five min. I told her that and she said they were busy. At that point we decided to get a taxi, now it was 2 hrs after getting off the ship they still hadn't shown. It cost just $13 to get back to our vehicle. Well worth not waiting any longer. This company is a SCAM , even the ppl at the cruise terminal said don't use them. Worst service ever, angry and aggressive. I should have realized when making the original reservation, I was asking questions regarding shuttle and she was insisting I make a reservation and pay before providing answers to my questions. They do not communicate where they will pick you up from the Hotel and where you will be picked up from the airport. Then upon arrival back in to FTL they would not tell me where to go, I came out of terminal 3 and was looking for them and then they were yelling at me that I should be at terminal 4. The only thing they sent me was a picture of a white shuttle, which looks like a lot of shuttles. I get to terminal 4 and ask them whether I am supposed to be upstairs or downstairs and they refuse to answer my question, they say ask someone there. There was no one in the vicinity to ask. So I go the complete opposite direction again to find someone to ask, they tell me go to the end of canopy the direction I just came from. Why can't they just tell me where to go instead of expecting me to know and yelling at me? I then get to the right place and I am waving at the driver and he drives away. I call and they say that wasn't the shuttle, the shuttle they sent was black, why would they send me a picture of a white shuttle if it was black. I ended up paying for an uber because I would rather give someone my money who is deserving. Thereafter, I get back to the garage and I can not get out of the garage, they refused to answer the phone and the help button does not work. Finally, someone from hotel comes out, his card doesn't work, he has me back up pull in to another side and his card doesn't work on the other side. Another person comes out still his card doesn't work and he has to go in and get another. It took a half hour for me to get out of the garage. Would rather pay the extra money to be provided good service and professionalism. Next time I will go back to Gold Coast for long term parking where they will even wash your car while you are gone and provide great service or pay FLL airport for the convenience. I purchased round trip transport for 2 from the Renaissance with instructions to call 20 min before. We called 5 different times both of the numbers and ultimately ended up paying for a taxi after waiting 90 minutes and being rudely hung up on and yelled at. They kept saying they'd been at the pickup for terminal 2 multiple times with vans clearly identifiable however my friend and I stood where the shuttles were loading with a clear view of every vehicle that entered the drop off/pick up zone and didn't see their vans a single time not even to drop people off. If you are using this company from a hotel to the port you should be fine however I recommend not purchasing the return pickup. read more

Bought round trip voucher for three from hotel to cruise port. Outbound was fine but return pick up at port at 915 AM was non existent. First shuttle pulled away from shuttle area empty before we could board. Second one passed us without stopping in shuttle area. Three calls resulted in responses indicating 5 minutes away. Quick & Save is an awful company. If I knew in advance how difficult it would have been dealing with them I would never have bought my parking pass for my cruise with them. The first driver who was coming to pick us up said 10 mins. We waited for 45 mins and then still no one was there. We called them back and they kept cancelling the call. A week later after we get off our cruise we call them and they say 10 mins till arrival. Another 30 mins go by and still no one. Once we finally arrive to the parking garage we make it to the exit and we are told we owe an additional $175. I called the driver back and he says someone is coming right now to let you out and immediately hangs up. My driver was the 09/22/2019 @ 0745 hours driver. We wait ten mins and still no one letting us out. I called them back and he hangs up the phone again. Finally about another 10 mins go by and some other driver comes out and I ask to get the number to their manager and he started yelling and cursing at me saying "do what ever the fuck you want". He also refused to give me his managers number. His license plate number is KTWV46 This company is very unreliable and unprofessional and they should not be in service. The renaissance hotel should not support this business. I will be contacting renaissance hotel also if they support their guest being treated like this then that's a shame. We waited 2 hours at the port the guy that was supposed to take us to the airport was filled twice. Then they only will take to current places when it shouldn't matter. If I could really give a zero start and write this review I would. We didn't even end up using them we talked to the car rental place we are renting the car from and they took us there. Quick and Safe transportation was the recommended service to use for our group. They were easy to work with, easy to pay (we elected to use a prepaid visa card as this was a "new" business to us and out of state, that's no reflection on the company just basic precautions on our part) We had them scheduled to pick up some of us at the hotel we were staying at and other a a distant hotel. Things went perfectly, our driver was there ahead of schedule and found us, no hunt involved. He was quick and efficient, helpful and polite. We made great time to the other pickup locations and to the port of Miami. The return trip from the port to hotels went just as smoothly. Our driver was on the phone with us as soon as we arrived in port and ready for us once we disembarked. Cost of just $30 per person round trip was very reasonable and about 1/2 of what a taxi would have cost.. read more

Just finished up a wonderful cruise from Royal Caribbean just to wait in the blistering heat for "Slow and Wait" to pick us up. It took over an hour and a half with about 40-50 customers waiting to be picked up. Every phone call that was made, 80% of them were never answered, the other 20% the rep that answered simply stated "a shuttle will arrive shortly". I work for a nonprofit as the event manager. I used Quick & Safe to transport some key players to three different events throughout Broward County in early May. I gave very specific instructions on addresses and times in which people needed to be picked up and dropped off. Though two of the three vans did fine, one of the vans dropped our people off at completely the wrong address and left. A few of us consistently called that driver over and over until he finally picked up and finally went back, picked up those people and dropped them off at the correct address... 45 minutes late. Then the same driver was about 30 minutes late picking them back up which made our next event run late. After our events, I contacted the company to get some money back for the large mistake. I called and emailed three different times. They never returned any of my communication, but they had no trouble charging the credit card on file and never contacted us again. I would highly recommend not using such an unprofessional company and I will ensure that all my fellow event manager know of this as well. read more

Used this shuttle/parking to go to the cruise terminal. Initial shuttle to the port was fast and we rode in a very nice van that was comfortable. On the way back, however.... we called them to pick us up at 9:45. We called after waiting 45 minutes to ask where they were and we were hung up on. We called back and they said, "10 minutes". We rode back on a bus with no a/c, our luggage was thrown carelessly in the back, we stopped multiple times before we were dropped off finally at 11:15. An elderly couple was also dropped off( not at their car , but a few blocks from it). They asked the driver to assist them in loading their bags and explained to him that they were 85 years old and couldn't load their bags. The elderly woman with a cane begged him to help her. The driver yelled, " I don't know what you don't understand about this, but that is not included in the service!" I have never experienced someone so disrespectful and rude ever! I actually ended up telling the driver to remove my bags and I would help this couple. read more

I'm am in a cab head to FFL. I had reservations with Quick and Safe but I could not wait any longer. I probably should have known better. I took Quick and Safe at the beginning of my cruise as they were the Hilton's transportation. We were delayed after loading the van when it was discovered the the van had gasoline pouring from the engine compartment. However they had another van there in about 10 minutes. Upon return we called the numbers given to get a voice recording to leave a message. Not reassuring. A number of calls later I talked with someone who said 20 min. The van arrived but he was dropping off passengers not picking up. A while later another showed up in the drop off area but sailed by us in the pickup area even though we were holding their sign. A couple of calls later and the guy on the phone was "oh, crap, I'll see what I can do". Not reassuring. Another long wait to no avail and I'm in a cab since there are planes to catch. So disappointing. We prepaid for our return from ship terminal to hotel. Not quick and safe when we called said they would be there in 10 minutes. After 15, we called again, "almost there, be there in 5". This went on for almost an hour. Once we got picked up, our mouthy driver who claims to have worked for them for 20 years reprimanded all on the van for complaining. 2 suggestions; change your name to slower than snails and hire drivers who are not verbally combative. What a terrible experience on the return trip. Booked with Parkwayparking.com but my paper work says Quick & Save Renaissance Cruise Parking. Loved the parking lot, gated parking garage attached to the Renaissance Hotel. Picked up from parking garage within 15 minutes in a brand new, large, comfortable van. Our party of 3 where the only passengers on the van and we where taken directly to the ship... sounds great, doesn't it. When we returned the story was completely different. We were told to wait in two different areas of the cruise port (but kept an eye on all incoming vans anyway) by several people. First off, the phone number they provided to call upon our return was non-working, the number for to getting to the ship worked. After 1.5 hours of calling for pick-up which by-the-day, we were told to look for a van with NO SIGNS (you've got to be kidding), we gave up and hired a taxi to take us to our car at a cost of $20. DON'T US THESE GUYS. One thing I noticed was Park-n-Go had a never ending stream of vans at the pick-up. Don't know what they cost but I will look into using them the next time I cruise from Fort Lauderdale, FL. read more

A driver left my suitcase at the wrong airport terminal. Here's the full story: I used Quick and Safe this past weekend to get from the Hilton Hotel to the Fort Lauderdale airport. We rode with another couple who got off at Terminal 1. When we got to Terminal 2, my bag was MISSING. The driver tried to tell me that I did not have the suitcase on the shuttle. I told him that I watched him put the bag in the shuttle and that I bet he had left it at Terminal 1. I told him to go check Terminal 1. He did check but returned in 5 minutes reporting that he had looked everywhere and he didn't see it. I asked for his name, which he initially refused to give me. After getting his card (which he didn't have his name on conveniently), I literally ran to Terminal 1 where I found my bag (quite easily - sitting in the middle of the sidewalk right where the shuttle had stopped). The same day I called the manager of the company to report this. He said he would check who the driver was and get back to me the next day. He has not called back. read more

So we decide to use the shuttle instead of a taxi well not only did they stop at hotels on the way but different ships before too. Had one of the worse experiences with this transportation company. I would never recommend them to anyone. First we were told the wrong meeting place for pickup. Then we were asked to walk to a different area to get picked up. We had someone with an injury who was unable to walk that distance. We were told $48 for transportation. When we were dropped off we paid $75. We then found out after the van left we were brought to the wrong hotel. Had to wait for driver to come back. While waiting we were told by a hotel staff that this company is known for doing this. When the van driver came back he said he did not have any information with our hotel, even though he seemed to know where we were going when we got picked up. For the record, I had a copy of the contract printed on me that had the exact name and address of the hotel on it and I read it out load to him when he verbally confirmed the hotel we were going to. After taking us to our correct hotel down the road, he told us this cost us another $50. We paid. The next day he was dropping us back off to the cruise port. Again my confirmation showed a price of $48. We paid him $60. He then chased us down and told us that wasn't enough. Worse transportation company ever. read more
