Not very pleasant. Messed around for 3 hours and my range is still the same condition. I paid him the $75 service fee, he stated he would look up the model on the internet for guidance and call me the next day. The next day has come and gone, check has been cashed. Johnny will not answer the phone, voice message is full and he doesn't reply to text messages. Even told me he needed to use my bathroom. Didn't ask if he could! He rides around in a white truck with Johnny's appliance on the side and a refrigerator in the back of the truck. Needless to say the business is not registered, so not legitimate. I will not be calling him EVER again! Beware!
