Customer Service awful..... Very much of that they are doing you a favor to even show you jewelry....Cuban manager lady running around dropping the F Bomb towards the staff bc one of them made a mistake on a transaction with the register....said it 3xs in front of all of us customers ... I felt sorry for the employee he looked absolutely humiliated as she kept, and kept going at him behind the counter for all of us to witness....it was harassment to him without a doubt....the young girls also working had smirks on their faces and we're being rude and short with the rest of us... Went there looking to see what they had as far as televisions and maybe vacuum cleaners. Nothing to really talk about as far as their selection, it's pretty limited. However, the service sucked. The girl at the counter, Hispanic with blondish hair was cute, but was way too preoccupied texting on her phone to ask me if I needed anything so I had to go and get her attention. Went in to find a simple wedding band. Second ring I tried on was just what I wanted, fit and was reasonably priced ($99) all staff members were friendly and helpful. They also sent my wedding engagment ring out to get it fixed. Repairs cost much less than I thought they would. Got my ring back 7 days later. Looked great! read more

My son and I went to to the quick cash in florence on turfway rd. A store my son has done business with for over 5 yrs. The employees know him well and he's never had an issue until lately. There is a Spanish woman employed at this location and she has the worst attitude possible. She was very unfriendly from the moment we walked in the door. My son brought a item that he has pawned and got back out several times. The price is always the same and he always returns back to retrieve it. Well this employee decided she was gonna make up an unrealistic price that was no where near what he has always gotten in the past. We continued to explain to her that we just wanted the previous price that was given the prior 5 or so times. She got so nasty with us and said, "You dont like it, then take your a** somewhere else." I was floored at her statement and asked to speak with the supervisor. He came right over and said that we was right and told her to give the same price as in the past. Mind you she low balled us and tried to offer exactly half of the normal price. I want to warn all future customers to steer clear of this Spanish woman. She will treat you badly and disrespect you the entire time. She seems miserable with her job and takes it out on innocent customers. They have now lost my family's business for the future. So before Christmas husband lost job literally 2 days before I pawned my engagement ring over $2k to this place in november so my kids could have Christmas gifts. I called 3 wks later asking if I needed to make a payment cause didn't understand the slip and was told "no you're good til March." I was like awesome. Called back in February and they just told me as long as I pay by March I'm good. What they failed to mention in ANY of the phone calls was I needed to make an $80 payment on $400 pawn every month to keep in good standing even tho I asked. So here we are at March and go in for payment and they tell me I owe them $726 to get my ring back!!!! Literally fuck off ! I asked several times on phone and u guys lied I will never in my life pawn to u guys if last resort. U rip people off otherwise why not say u need to make payment every month otherwise we screw u over in the end?! UNPROFESSIONAL & DON'T DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I have been visiting QC for months as I have been trying to find a new CCW pistol. The day I went to buy they did not have the caliber I wanted on the model I wanted, so they told me to go online and order it. I ordered the gun and when the distributer said it was delivered I called to confirm & it was there, so I went to get it. Everything was fine up until that point. While at the store another customer had a pistol that he was looking to sell (which he decided not to sell QC at their low ball price) and I asked if I could see it. The guy behind the counter, knowing I was there to pick up the gun I had spent months selecting, yelled at me (in front of everyone) stating that it was a felony to buy a gun from someone on FFL property (Um, Isn't that where you're supposed to buy guns from people and get them properly transferred?). I assured him I was there to pick up my gun and that I just wanted to look at it, and he told me I needed to leave the property to look at it. I did not agree with him, but I politely walked outside to the sidewalk (beyond the parking lot......which correct me if I'm wrong is public property), to look at the guy's gun. While looking at it, the guy from the gun counter came outside and continued to yell at me that I had to leave the property or it is a felony . As I expected I was not interested in the gun and went inside to complete my transaction ( which I had already made a down payment on online). They then accused me of trying to undercut their business (& continued to treat me like a felon) and refused to sell me the gun. I told them again that I was just looking at what he had and they continued to be rude and would not even discuss it with me. **Please note that I am licensed in KY to carry concealed, so this was not a case that I failed the background check. They just simply refused to let me complete the paperwork. ** They informed me that they were returning my order to the distributer and that I had been blocked in their system from ever buying a firearm from them again. NOT THAT I WOULD WANT TO AT THIS POINT. I already called the distributer and filed a complaint. The GM of QC is getting a call Monday morning, but I doubt he gives a crap being that he probably hired these clowns. Don't get me wrong they have good prices, but read the other reviews about how they treat people. I'll gladly pay an extra $5-10 to someone who treats people with respect and values my business. So I lost my 20 year old wedding ring a few days ago at an Arby's in Florence, KY and thought I would check the local pawn shops to see by chance if the piece of trash who took it may have tried to sell it. The first three shops I checked were sympathetic to my plight, took my info and said they would call if by chance it showed up. It is somewhat unique after all. This Quick Cash was my last stop of the 4 shops in the area. I walked in and was greeted nicely, but once they heard what I was asking, some simple kindness in my hunt for my wedding ring, I was met with a rude, snotty attitude. I basically was told they deal in many rings every day (seriously doubt it is so many as she eluded) and was told she had no way to identify it. Now I am 6'6" tall and 300 lbs. This ring is huge (14), not round (after wearing it for 20 years, and very wide 14-15 mm. Not an average large mans ring. It also has identifying marks inside. Now even if the other 3 shops only placated me by feeling sorry about my situation, and told me they would try, at least they acted like morally right people. The people in this place treated me like dirt, and when I mentioned they were the only ones who acted like this on my way out the door, chimed in with a snide "have a nice day" with a smartazz tone. Boycott this place as it is attitudes like this that are dragging this country down. I would recommend The Castle on Houston Road. They treated me as though they had some level of respect for me and my situation and gave me tips on how to handle it. read more
