Directly following the service appointment the car began to blow white smoke out of the tail pipe. At first we thought it was simply oil burning off, but in the following days it only got worse. I had the car towed for an inspection on Thursday of the same week and the mechanic there confirmed that the oil in the car was dirty and very low. He was unable to see any obvious leaks and determined the issue was from oil starvation. The car now needs a complete engine teardown, and possibly a transmission teardown with a quote of $20,000. This issue was nonexistent before the visit to Take 5.

Thanks for looking at everything when you weren't told to, but you wasted your time slot for what needed to be truly done. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.

I went in to get my tire patched yesterday about 15 minutes into that. He tells me my battery is testing bad. I told him my mother-in-law's an ICU in Tulsa and I can't afford to have my truck leave me stranded. So if the battery is really that bad, then go ahead and replace it. He replaces it ($279.00). I drive straight to Tulsa to see my mother-in-law and park at the hotel. Wake up the next day car will not start. Battery is dead.!! He proceeds to tell me that it's not his fault, that batteries die all the time (not in 24 hrs old) and they get bad batteries all the time and says that I need to calm down. ("My mother-in-law is in ICU and the only reason I got it was because of his recommendation")! And now I'm stuck I can't see my mother-in-law because of his poor judgment and lack of ability to do the right thing and perform a simple task of installing a new battery! I'll never go back again and if I do, it's only just to look Kevin in the face or whoever that guy is with the glasses and tell him to time he made me miss with my family member. Went into Hibdon the next morning, manager asked if my tire dad been slashed? Obviously, I said no! He took me into the bay with the manager showed me a slash in the sidewall of my tire. I could put my finger in to the hole. Unbelievable, this occurred in their shop, they slashed my tire to cause me to replace it. It cost me $475 to replace the tire to get out of the shop. I will not be returning ever. The manager has great customer service but evidently is clueless of the actions of his employees.
