I hadn't been for a while, so I was shocked to walk in on a Sunday and see plastic around most of the store (mostly everything except groceries) as it now abides by the Bergen County blue law. In all fairness, I hadn't been here in a while so maybe it was always that way (but I don't think so). My browsing was limited but I was able to pick up some items on the grocery side. The best thing about this location is... the location. It sits near other big box stores as well as restaurants to dine in or fast food eateries. And ample parking!

It is always busy, especially in the weekends, takes a while to get in and out of the parking lot due to heavy traffic. This Walmart is has wide range of products. Huge produce section. For back to school, they had aisles of items with very cheap price. There's also cosmetics, household goods, clothing, electronics, accessories, auto parts, and so much more. We went to the store to check the toys section. My daughter picked the game of life, rapid pop out and a Barbie doll. We ended up buying few other things like beach towels, conditioners, sunscreen and some stationary items. The self checkout lane had a bunch of kiosks. We didn't have to wait in line. Scanning and paying was so easy. We love coming to this Walmart once in a while, just wish it wasn't so far and crowded.

I would ten if I could. Michelle is an outstanding Manager who goes above snd beyond for all of her customers. She is constantly smiling and just so professional , friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the pharmacy is incredible as well. My apologies, I do not have all of their names. The workers in the front and on the floor have always been extremely attentive and caring. First was told package was not delivered and that the UPS deliverer hadn't been there. Then after checking our notification UPS stating package was delivered and signed by Mareesha at the store. Employee said no Mareesha worked there and no package was delivered. Next day get a call that package was received and signed by a Mareesha and that the package was opened, but that it was no big deal. Mind you this a medical package. What kind of service is that and management did nothing ... useless. This horrible service at this pharmacy is being neglected by the headquarters. If your just buy a candy bar or don't need help it's fine.

The store itself is neat, well stocked, and generally pleasant to shop in. Where this location really falls short is the pharmacy. Customer service there is inconsistent at best. One of the pharmacy employees, a young guy with tattoos, is extremely unhelpful and comes across as rude. Another young woman was on her phone the entire time I was waiting directly in front of her and didn't acknowledge me until she finally looked up and said, "How can I help you?" That shouldn't happen. On the positive side, the tall young man with dreads in the pharmacy is excellent--knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He's the standout back there. Overall, the store itself is solid, but the pharmacy staff (with one clear exception) really needs improvement in customer service.

They often have the drive thru closed without notice which is frustrating when you're just trying to quickly pick up a prescription. When you go inside, it's an even bigger frustration. I once watched one of the pharmacy techs circling around the back -3 or 4 times - checking several bins for someone's prescription. Wasn't ready yet.......... Seems like there is no organization and/or bad leadership in the back. The tone of who I believe to be the head pharmacist is not usually a positive one. All in all, not my favorite place to be when I'm already not feeling well.

The order was ready for pick up within half an hour of opening. Upon arrival I was impressed to see their huge newly paved parking lot. The store itself is very clean and organized. Lots of good offers in the store like buy one get one free 50% off, discount of Christmas decoration items, some candies with B2GO free and some had cash back rewards. I went to register and requested for my pickup order. The associate handed to me on the spot. Had a wonderful first time experience at this store.
