The salsa had a good spice and great flavor and the chips were very crunchy and crispy (like fritos but airier). I ordered a small menudo and chilaquiles with green salsa and both were really good. The menudo had a ton of flavor, good spices, and the stomach pieces were cooked perfectly; super tender and no, sometimes off putting, lingering offal smells. The chilaquiles were also great and the green salsa was mild and refreshing, with excellent side of potatos and beans. I could not finish my food as I thought the small menudo would be like a small cup not a whole bowl. I had also filled up on chips and salsa and our waitress refilled it so I had even more.
