This restaurant should honestly have 4.7 stars or 4.8 - at bare minimum! I hope there is a process where previous reviews can be counterbalanced against the excellent experience I've had here. Every restaurant gets busy or has an off night. That's just how the industry works. But the meal I took home today was affordable, unbelievably delicious, and entirely unexpected. Not a restaurant that is any stranger to exceptional Mexican flavors - and one that I can imagine is incredibly consistent and well attended, despite the poorly devised assessments here. A local delight!!
