They didn't bring an appliance dolly, and I SPECIFICALLY told them to be careful with the refrigerator so as not to tear the flooring -- and then they tore up the flooring in our brand new home. They did pay our repair person to fix this but there's no reason they should not have had the proper equipment to move the refrigator as it was on our inventory. We then found a dent in the door of said brand new refrigerator. We then discovered the master bedroom dressor is coming apart, and the drawers no longer work because of this. Also a brand new piece of furniture. They didn't handle things with care. They were in a hurry to get to their next job that afternoon, and quality suffered. Chris Gonzales is a salesman and expect promises that will not be kept…read more Lionel one of their best drivers - unprofessional and will fabricate the truth Martez Phelps - manager, nice but will ignore text and phone calls Lionel the driver hired the crew and sent them to the wrong location. 10 am he was at the house, crew arrived at 4:19 pm and unloaded two things and left for safety reasons because the truck was dark Chris Gonzales was point of contact if anything went wrong and did not answer 5 phone calls and only called at the end of the day with an attitude. Martez Phelps said another crew is coming we will get the job done as promised but the second crew did not show up until the next day I paid the crew $300 since they said Lionel was not going to pay them. Mr. Phelps said he would reimburse me this amount and offered to put my family up in a hotel that night. (we did not accept the hotel since we have two dogs) Window of delivery was Thurs/Sat...they delivered and unloaded Sunday. As a gesture of kindness they did take the boxes that were empty. United is sending me a check for $100 since the job was outside the timeframe. The totals jobs was $8,767 (approx) and I got $100 back. Was told I should have hired a 3rd party to disassemble items and reassemble them. I told Mr. Phelps I would not write a review if refunds were made. After many attempts to contact him and no answer or reply I decided to write the review since again the terms were not met. Be careful!

A two man crew showed up at 12 noon, Jose' the actual worker, measuring, cutting, placing, etc., an the other man, who mostly hid his face from us with a pink glitter cap. Jose went straight to work, doing an excellent job. The other man assisted carrying pickets mostly, with very little effort swept a small area on the patio. When the other man asked to use our restroom, I was taken back, (we have had many contractors over the years, not one has ever asked to use our restroom) but we allowed. Total work time 4 hours.
