(They are a little pricey) However, the technician assisted me and even slid in a discount. The process was hella smooth and fast. 15 mins tops & I was outta there. I've been to various Jiffy Lube locations in the past 10+ years. This has got to be the WORST one…read more I moved to the area 2 years ago and this was the closest location. I tried to be understanding and thought the first time was just a fluke with customer service. Then I went a second time with my partner and they were not ready for service at open time. My partner decided not to get her car serviced. The following time after that she took my car to Valvoline (terrible). Today, I decided to give them another chance. Third times a charm right? WRONG. I pulled up about 8:15am. An employee comes over and asked what I needed and I said oil change. He asked me to pull up behind a truck and then walked away. So I'm just sitting in the car waiting...... he didn't say to wait or he'll be right back. Then I see another employee pulling up and heading in. Walked right past me and then he walked out to their service area. Mind you, I'm still sitting in the car. This is definitely not the Jiffy Lube service I'm accustomed to. I'll never go back here again. I rather drive the extra mileage to another Jiffy with better customer service!

The place is clean and waiting area cozy, but Chris got me an uber home and Mike the shuttle driver (super nice man) picked me up when the car was ready....and they washed my car and even shined up my wheels and tires (and it was really dirty). The best part is that they delivered all this great service and value without telling me every 10 minutes how honest they were and what a great deal they were giving me, and without brow beating me for a review on my way out the door! It's nice to write a review because I am genuinely impressed rather than because I was asked. When we reach the shop, they said the price was closer to $105, after a $25 coupon. This was a $25 gap. The mismatch between what the call center says and what the shop says feels like intentional miscommunication in the style of bait and switch. The call center says one price. The shop says another price. Given that the miscommunication is a reflection of intentional company policies it seems intentional rather than accidental. Would not recommend based on deceptive pricing practices

This morning I had a tire issue, so I decided to try them for more than gasoline. They have a full-service car repair space located directly onsite, so I figured they could help with my tire. Sure enough, I had a roofing nail lodged in my front left tire. The attendant was wonderful and fast. He patched my tire for $20 and I was on my way. I appreciate the location of this service/gas station especially this morning when I was heading to work. If I had to go anywhere else, I would have been late. It's not a huge issue if I am late, but I really hate being late... it's just a thing with me. This is where my 5 stars really ring out. Because I was able to get in and out fast, because the attendant was so nice and because I feel it was a very fair price, I rate this service station 5 stars. I don't know how to do these things myself, so I panic a little when my tire light comes on in my car. Peace of mind is huge. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name this morning. If he reads this review, thank you! Don't forget to tip your service people for doing things you can't do or don't want to do. After a routine oil change at this Take 5 location, I discovered fresh oil spots on my driveway. Since I live 200 miles away and my vehicle is still under the factory warranty, I took it to my Toyota dealer rather than risk engine damage. The dealer found that the oil filter had been left loose, allowing oil to leak onto the frame. They also found oil spilled across the engine cover, apparently from the oil fill process, and I was never informed that this had happened. (Photos attached.) The manager, David, was not on site but spoke with the staff and me by speakerphone. His solution was to offer a 25% discount on a future oil change. Considering that their sloppy workmanship caused the problem, I found that response completely inadequate. A sincere apology and a full refund would have demonstrated accountability and a genuine interest in keeping a loyal customer. Although I live 200 miles away, I work in Houston, drive three vehicles, and have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. I asked whether he would at least consider a 50% refund, especially since I've received 50% off promotional coupons in the past. He refused. I understand that mistakes happen. What defines a business is how it responds when those mistakes are brought to its attention. A loyal, repeat customer presented a legitimate complaint that was confirmed by a Toyota dealership, yet management chose to minimize the issue rather than make it right. David's handling of this situation has cost Take 5 far more than the price of one oil change. It has cost them a long-term customer, and my future business will go to a company that stands behind its work.
