I called ahead twice to find out what the cost of a full synthetic oil change would cost. Both people over the phone said it was about $85 plus tax, with coupon price it should have come in at about $75 with taxes. When we reach the shop, they said the price was closer to $105, after a $25 coupon. This was a $25 gap. The mismatch between what the call center says and what the shop says feels like intentional miscommunication in the style of bait and switch. The call center says one price. The shop says another price. Given that the miscommunication is a reflection of intentional company policies it seems intentional rather than accidental. -- Don't Come Here!!!! How do you have untrained technicians that don't know the difference between my transmission fluid and the engine oil?!? Completely atrocious! I came here for an oil change, and the technician drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil! The manager caught it, and I had to sit there for an hour while they went and found the fluid for my car and a pump to insert it from the bottom because I have a Subaru outback. When I stated they didn't need to go buy a pump I would just have my car towed to the dealership and they could pay to have the transmission fluid replenished. They told me I sounded "angry" and copped an attitude. Dear KAM, Sir You are NOT a licensed mechanic and you don't need to talk to me like I'm your mommy. Always fabulous but expensive compared to other places. Love not having to leave my car.

Convenient but questionable quality and ethics.. The main positives are the drive-thru service and relatively quick turnaround once they actually get to your car. However, this "efficiency" comes at a cost. The oil they use and charge is overpriced compared to many shops in the area. Once you are able to be serviced (which can take a while depending on the queue and # of people working) The "mechanics" will perform a quick check up of your car in which often they'll upsell you on oil filters and wiper blades.. For example, I installed Rain-x wiper blades on my mother's SUV a year before she took them here for inspection and they told her she wouldn't be able to pass inspection without buying their brand of wiper blades.. which often you are succumb to pressure. Worse, my friend is dealing with a major issue with another location currently which they drained his transmission oil by accident and causing major repairs/issues which he had to get a rental car for 6+ weeks.. Overall I question the ethics and qualifications of some of the staff that works on vehicles. If you want to go for a quick service I can see the appeal, but I will not come back here. read more

The service was fast and staff was friendly. Overall I had a decent experience but the price was just way more than I had expected compared to my usual place. They charged about 40% more than the local auto repair shop I usually go to. Only reason why I came here was proximity to other errands I was running for the day. They do check your air filters (both cabin and engine) and will try to sell you all the upgrades. They were honest though when checking air filters as I had just changed my engine air filter about a month ago and they did not recommend changing it already as I've seen many shops do to ignorant customers. It's fine if the weathers nice outside but you do have to wait in your car as they do the work so keep that in mind if it's extremely hot or cold outside. There is not waiting area. They also offered a cold bottle of water upon arrival but still not worth the extra price! UPDATE 12/31/24 Dropping to 2 stars bc noticed oil was slowly leaking in my garage after the oil change. Wanted to give this business a try due to its advertising of being quick. Pulled in and 2 out of the 3 bays were closed. They were mopping the floors!!! While they had 3 people waiting to pull in!!! Not one people came to assure me it would be quick or they would open the other bays soon. Could we not have found a better time to mop? Crazy whole 3 customers are waiting you close two out of three. Could you not have done one at a time? So many solutions to an issue resulting in loosing business. These guys are quick and fast. I never have any issues. I never have any problems they do the job and they do it right.

The service was slower than I liked, and they didn't top off my wiper fluid, nor check my tires, or brake fluid, and wanted to sell me a new air filter, even though it wasn't dirty, saying they only last about 15,000 miles, which is not true. They didn't offer to reset the maintenance light on my vehicle, either. None of these is a big deal, I do it myself anyway. It's just, to me, indicative of slipping service at the Westview location in West Houston. I basically paid $145 for five minutes worth of oil change and could have done it myself for about $40 worth of oil, plus the filter, from any auto parts store. But they were open on Sunday, and I didn't have to do it...so there is that. It's just a little sad that the service is slipping and the price is increasing. read more

Not sure how everyone else has gotten bad service here, I've always been taken care of fast and efficiently. Like today, there was a half dozen cars waiting, very busy per their usual weekend services. Waited a whole 10 mins, was kept up to date on when I'd be seen and all. Everyone was courteous and polite (Curtis and Quinton are the best!). I mentioned a possible coolant leak and they made sure to check my lines/clamps for leakage. They always go above and beyond. For a regular safety inspection, not even emissions, it took me an hour and a half to get an inspection, partly because only one person could do it. When I arrived, there were two cars in front of me in my lane, including the one in the bay. Once I got into the bay, it took about 40 minutes to complete the inspection. I went to get my oil changed on a monday and they got my info in the beginning like normal, asked the normal questions, and then went on to change my oil. It was taking forever and finally when Devon walked over to my window, he told me that he messed up my car and that it would have to be towed. I asked what happened and he went on to explain that the oil pan in the model and make of my car is plastic and that they are qualified to change the oil when this happens, BUT HE DID IT ANYWAY. I had never had this problem happen to me and he didn't even mention it before he started working, otherwise I would've gone somewhere else. I thought that was the worst part, but no! Came here today and was quite disappointed. Been here many times and been very pleased but today they had 1 bay closed so only 2 cars at a time could be serviced. The wait wasn't too bad but everything they usually check wasn't checked until at check out and payment time came and we asked had the air filter bern checked and it had t and was filthy which we expected as this is a newly purchased used car. They seemed more competent at this location compared to others. In others they never knew how to check my air filter , but at this one they did. At others they never checked the cabin air filter either, at this one they did. I also noted that they checked my tire pressure at this one whereas at others I never saw them do it, even though they had said that they did. A little expensive but I guess for the new air filter and the oil change, that must be the going rate. read more
