I dropped off my vehicle one morning, and 24 hours later it was still not fixed. Discovery then told me that they needed 1 week to fix the issues. Luckily, I was going out of town, so I agreed to leave it with them. 2 weeks later, the car was still not fixed. I came to get my car and had to jump-start it to drive off with the issues unfixed. Discovery wanted to schedule me for another time to drop off my car for another one-week period, which I declined to do. I can't believe this happened at a professional facility.

They called Napa auto parts and they had the last two 50 foot hoses. I stopped in and was helped by a gentleman who was just like most people in the area in that he is extremely knowledgeable about what he does, beyond friendly and helpful, and really just makes you remember what it's like being outside NYC when people aren't in a hurry and are extremely customer service oriented. This is an auto parts store but they have quite the stock of other materials as well. Driving from Binghamton and nyc to deposit has earned me a lot of dead bugs across my windshield that don't come off during a regular car wash. The gentleman of the store helped me to find the necessary products to remove it. I really enjoyed my experience here. 5 stars.
