They started to purchase other parts for the vehicle which i approved based on their suggestions and recommendations. Bottom line, i drove away with engine light still on and over $4K out of my pocket. A honest business person with Integrity would of said "listen we were not able to locate the problem on your vehicle or we don't have a skilled mechanics onsite to service your vehicle" and allowed me to drive away with paying only the diagnostic fee. Instead they recommended all other fixes to get money from me or simply rip me off knowingly they couldn't fix my vehicle. And the funny thing, they came recommended - go figure. I tried to stay local in support of my community but i guess that was another big mistake.

Took my viehle there for an inspection. 3pm appointment. Another guy come in with a 3:30pm…read moreappointment. I see the guy with the 3:30 appointment leave and my viehle is still on the lift. Never seen his viehle leave the ground. Then fail my viehle because the back rotor had a small lip on it. Brake pads were fine. Never go there again
