A flawless experience. Went on Yelp and typed TV mounting near Oceanside. Seth responded immediately. Provided all the pricing upfront, expected time needed to mount 3 TVs (An 86 inch and two 65inch TVs) and we set an appointment. Prior to the appointment, two sets of texts were received (one confirming the appointment and the other letting me know he was en route) He listened to where I wanted to place the TVs and provided many useful suggestions. He even had a couple of mounts available to sell that were far superior to the ones I had bought a couple of years ago. For the disclaimer, this is a business I would usally hire off the bat to save any headache, but I wasn't happy with the way the owner responded and how he carried his conversation in txt overall. UPDATE: Seth has helped us 3 times now (once for one TV and twice for another TV and Soundbar). The first one was perfect, quick, and we loved it.
