When pretty much every other AV service company out there kept me in the dark about their availability or if they wanted to even consider the job at all Eric quickly dialed me in and scheduled service for the very next day. He was able to get electrical to a wall where there was no direct outlets underneath - he went into the attic to get wiring done. He also had to deal with an exterior wall. In total, he wired 3 TVs and mounted 2. He honored his rates and there were no surprise charges. He was also very respectful of our home - he took off his shoes when there was carpet since he noticed our shoes were off, and he wore a mask throughout.
