Oh my gosh, can I give 10 stars? My technician (Zak) was AWESOME! He did not waste time. He came right in, diagnoses the situation, and got straight to work. He knew exactly what to do to solve our A/V issues. He took just over an hour, got rid of 5 pounds of useless cables (slightly exaggerated) and everything is now working perfectly. He was pleasant, clean, well spoken, and professional. I was hesitant to use a business with a few ratings but I'm glad that I did! I'm rarely this impressed with a service provider. From my initial phone call, to my follow-up phone call, to the arrival time... It was handled exceptionally well. They met my needs for installation after work hours. My appointment was a late appointment. They arrived exactly at the time of my appointment! Who does this now days? They are awesome! UPDATE I have since had AV Pros out 2 more times to assist with other AV needs. I had them assist me disconnecting another cable box and reprogramming my Harmony remote. Later, I had them disconnect my router and modem. Zak came out again. I was happy to have him come to our house because he is so polite and professional. He removed his shoes upon entry (score big points for that!), and he had manners. He was clean and attentive. Immediately he got to work and finished everything in under an hour. 2 days later, he came back out to replace my router and modem. Again, he got straight to work. The job was quoted at 3 hours but he finished in 2. He only charged me for two hours even though I had approved 3. I am so grateful for their honesty. Amazing that people are still honest today! Without a doubt you can't go wrong with hiring this company. Attentive, knowledgeable, polite, clean and professional. The day of the appointment, Flint called me to let me know that he could do the appointment earlier than planned, and if that worked. Rob and Flint are truly both AV Pros. They replaced an old RTI remote control for us with a new state of the art remote that was half the price. They also installed a new blue ray player and they replaced a fading denon receiver with a really nice Yamaha receiver with nice music cast feature. Sound and picture on our 75 inch Samsung is much improved. The also installed new TVs in our bedroom and office. This took two visits but was worth the time and they are reasonably priced for the expert service and overall expertise. read more

These guys saved a botched installation done by a top ranked company. They saw my tilted new 75" TV, on my new pull down Mantle mount rack, and knew what to do immediately. Just had a very professional and seamless outdoor audio installation by AV Pros. They were awesome to work with. Gave me multiple price quotes based on different grades of equipment, completed all the work in a half day, and came in right on quoted price. We couldn't be more pleased with the results too - outdoor Sonance speaker system, Sonos system to manage audio streaming and a universal remote to manage ALL our audio/visual equipment (TV, music, Playstation, appleTV, etc...). My current system was set up by myself - it always looked like a rats nest of wires and I'd have to use multiple remotes to turn on the TV and watch a show. Not anymore! One push of a button and everything fires up and works exactly as it should!! They also calibrated our current theatre speaker setup. I thought we had Dolby 5.1 sound because we had the speakers and the tuner. It sounded like a new system by the time AV Pros wrapped up. Like in a movie theatre, we could hear sounds wrap around us like never before. Truly awesome setup. Based on my experience I would highly recommend AV Pros. You are nuts if you don't use these guys!!! Their systems are top notch! They communicate well for those of us who are tech challenged but offer REALLY sophisticated systems for folks like my husband!!! Rob and his guys at AV Pros installed our AV and tech system when we moved in. My husband, the techie, has been thrilled with the system ever since. Great sound and pictures....easy to use. Lots of extra techie bells and whistles, etc. I like it because it is user friendly and looks great!! Yesterday afternoon, the picture on the TV went out. When hubby got home, he realized that the sound for both TV and music worked but the picture for some reason wasn't coming thru. (We have Roku vs. traditional set up) He couldn't figure out the fix. So he texted Rob at AV Pros asking that he call me in the morning, as I'd be home. Instead, Rob called at 8:30pm and walked hubby through diagnostics. He arrived the next morning to confirm the problem, drove to Laguna Hills to get the part and came back to fix everything that afternoon. He agreed and said 'no problem'. His fellow 'owner' Flint shows up not knowing anything I needed and not even intending on doing the work until a later date. Despite my having explained in detail to Robert what was needed, his partner Flint said Robert did not brief him on anything. I never complain because I run my own business, in fact, I signed up for Yelp just to advise people against this group. Just had AV Pros come in and prewire my new house for hanging TVs on the wall. They did a great job, worked relatively quickly. They did such a good job but after I had my painting completed I have them back to install the TV brackets and TVs. I ended up spending more money than I would've liked, but everything works good and looks good, so the one time cost is bearable read more
