Not impressed. The two stars only reflect the friendliness of the employees. The employees are super nice and knowledgeable but my carpet looks no different. For the price I was expecting much more. We do not have a lot of stains or anything but none were removed, the tech didn't even attempt to remove any. I watched the entire process, 3 bedrooms, big living room and long hallway took less than 30 minutes. Tech only went back and forth one time in one direction. We have had other companies, much cheaper, come out and go in a few directions to fluff the carpet and clean it thoroughly. We had friends over hours later and asked why all the furniture was in the kitchen and couldn't even tell we had the carpets professionally cleaned less than four hours before. Once I told them, they did not believe me because it looked no different. For the price I was expecting a fresher looking floor and to have stains removed or attempt to remove them so they lightened up. I was also given a quote for all of the tile in my house while the tech was here and after the performance to clean the carpet I will not be calling for tile cleaning. Maybe they do better with professional areas and office buildings but I am not impressed and disappointed I didn't go with someone else. My normal guy was busy so I took a chance on someone new. Again, really friendly but not worth the price. I could have done a better job mrenting a Rug Doctor from the grocery store. *UPDATE* Yes the business owner has called me to reschedule or remove my review, but with school and sports season starting, I simply do not have time to take for a second cleaning. I will also not remove my review or change it. I'm sorry, I have been on Yelp for many years and have always been honest in my reviews. I am not trying to be ugly, just honest about my experience. As for the $20 tip, all I had was a $20 bill and she was standing right there watching me get it out of my purse. I asked to put the tip on the card with the bill and she told me that her boss takes 60% of her tips so she really only wanted cash. I did not ask for a tile cleaning quote, she told me how much it would cost to clean the tile, I never expressed interest in that service. I am sorry you do not like my review but it is an honest representation of my experience. I am also sorry I am busy and do not have time to move all of my furniture out again and wait for the carpet to dry to get back to my busy schedule. read more

We had scheduled to have Oops Steam Cleaning come to clean our carpets on Tuesday. We had moved all the furniture and vacuumed the carpets. When they arrived the price they quoted us went from $130+ to over $400+. We declined their business and started searching YELP to find someone else for the job. We found Quick Nick through YELP and gave him a call. Ya gotta love the name, especially when you meet this guy. He was very thorough in his explanation over the phone and guaranteed his price based only on what I told him on the phone. The day arrived for him to come. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. He walked in, assessed the job, explained that some of the stains might not come out all the way, which was fine as we just wanted to have the carpets cleaned. Within 5 minutes of his arrival he was fast at work, spraying enzymes on the stains. He worked for almost 2 and 1/2 hours on our home. (3 bedrooms and a large living room). The carpets look fantastic!! I'm so impressed and pleased with Quick Nick!! I'm so glad we didn't allow Oops to stay!! I HIGHLY recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs! On the positive side they were prompt & friendly. Bad part is the equipment wasn't working properly & the technician asked me if I had any plumbers tape, which I did not. They explained that they had a customer who wasn't home when they arrived for her appointment earlier in the day, so they had to wait. In turn, this meant I had to wait. He did do a pet treatment spraying enzymatic solution. I gave it a 4 star due to pricing. They are pricey compares to other companies using the extraction method.
