Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. He called management on the spot and got it corrected immediately. Great first experience overall -- I'll definitely use them again.

They were: a doorway that had pet damage and had been pulled up, and my upstairs catwalk hallway that needed some carpet bulges stretched out. Jairo was easy to get in touch with and arrived early for the repairs. He showed a lot of care in his work and he made sure I was satisfied with the repair before packing up for the day. Both carpet repaired areas look brand new now and match my other carpet areas again. I had put off getting this fix for years because I was worried about price but these fixes definitely had higher than expected value. I no longer have to step over carpet bulges and my door shuts better. I would definitely use JGS Carpet Installation's services again for repairs and if I need new carpet installed I'm calling them for the install.

Absolutely the Best experience. Their prices are more than fair and I would totally tell you not to waste time calling anyone else. First of all I called and had the Pleasure of speaking with the owner Nick. Nick walked me through the whole process and by the time our conversation was complete I knew they would be the ones doing my tile and grout cleaning. We already knew what the average sq ft of pricing was to clean a floor. You should know that this company prices the cleaning by sq ft and not by room, which is much more price competitive. THE OTHER COMPANYS OVER CHARGE QUOTING PRICE BY ROOM. Next, Along came their technician James pre calling me to let me know exactly what time he would be here. Right on time to my doorstep. He was very professional and wasnt rushing like most would do. He was very precise and did such an awesome job so much that we had him do our carpet in our Master Bedroom. After seeing how well he did on that we said ok lets do it all . He completely earned our Trust and did the whole house. We can not be more satisfied and talking with James we explained about our initial conversation with Nick. I would defiantly recommend Nick! I called him on a Sunday to see if he was available to come the next day, on a Monday, which was also Martin Luther King Day. He returned my call within a short time and told me he was booked but offered me other days that week he was available. Since I was expecting new furniture to be delivered after Monday, I really wanted it don't on Monday while my living room was empty. I asked him to call me if anyone cancels. He called back that night, because he had a person reschedule and was at my house at the time promised the next day. He really lived up to his name, Quick Nick! He was very polite and had great customer service! He explained his process well and didn't up sell me but educated me on what he felt my carpets needed and why. (My carpets hadn't been cleaned in 4 years, so they needed it badly!) I needed a little extra attention to a few rooms since it had been so long and I had some staining in my living room from foot traffic in front of the couch and some bad areas from a pet. Nick worked diligently! My house was left with a very nice, fresh aroma and my carpets looked brand new! His pricing was very competitive! If I could give Quick Nick 10 stars I would! I had the pleasure of meeting Nick when I thought the world was going to come to an end. Initially I scheduled with We Clean Carpet for a 3PM appointment, at 5PM they still had not arrived! Beginning to panic, because we had furniture being delivered the next day, I called several companies and all said that it was too late to come out but "QUICK NICK"!!!! Nick was extremely caring and patient as I explained my issue and without hesitation said "I will come and do it myself"!!!! Who does that!!!! Quick Nick does! Not only was he there in less than 30 mins, but the job he did was beyond spectacular!!!! Nick's service saved us thousands of dollars because we were going to have the carpet replaced, but after his cleaning, we can see holding off on replacement. We also had our couch, love seat and chair cleaned, and they all look new again saving us more money!!!! I could go on and on about Nick's service, the detail, and the time he spent, but it was his heart that made the biggest impact on me and my family. We moved into our house in 2020 and only have carpet upstairs but we had never gotten it cleaned. When our dog decided to defecate upstairs for seemingly no reason, we figured it was time. I contacted Nick on Google and he called me no less than an hour later. He explained the entire process and apologized he couldn't come same day but he would be able to come the very next morning - I didn't expect him to be able to come for at least a week! He was also very upfront about pricing which was also extremely reasonable. When he did have someone come out (not an outsourced contractor) they were extremely courteous, prompt, and efficient. They answered any questions we had and were in and out before we knew it, but did an amazing job. Our house had never smelled so good and you could feel the difference. Nick also followed up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend him to anyone needing some serious cleaning. Nick came out to our house on Sunday afternoon and gave us a free estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable, had answers to all our questions, and was able to give us a fair price for all our carpet, rugs, and tile immediately. He came out and did the work today, and honestly, we are completely blown away. We've only been in this house for two years and the carpet and tile were new when we moved in; I didn't expect a huge difference. The floors look awesome. It's really obvious on the kitchen tile, probably because we cook a lot and there was dirt in the grout. Also, the previous owners had a dog and there was always a slight musty smell when we came back from a few days away - I'm thinking that smell is gone now. Even though this is the first time we've ever had floors professionally cleaned, I'm giving him 5 stars. I just don't believe anyone could have done a comparable job for the price. I just want to say how impressed I am with Quick Nick's carpet cleaning service. Nick cleans the carpets and makes them like new. Just ask to see samples of the work he has done; he has before and after pictures of his work, including those of my home too! He is very knowledgeable about the types of materials he works on, and can explain what he can do from start to finish, to make sure the job gets done right. The professional equipment he uses ensures that the carpet dries quickly, much nicer than when I try to clean carpets myself with the rentals at the home improvement store. When he is done, its like you never had a carpet problem area before. When I noticed it not drying properly, I reached out to several carpet cleaning companies (that didn't require me to bring my rug to them) on a weekend. Quick Nick got back to me really quick . With the number of positive reviews, I knew I chose the right company. Nick sent me several videos and a link to the testimonies of recent customers. Quick Nicks was able to get me on the schedule within 48 hours. The technician communicated very well and worked hard to undo the damage done by me. I contacted Nick to clean a sectional sofa. He did such a phenomenal job, I decided to have him clean my carpets and 2 area rugs as well as all my tile and grout. I was actually shocked how clean he got everything. I was so pleased I had him come back to clean all my vents, which was an all day job. Nick did a great job not only cleaning my carpets, but explaining the process and why he does things the way he does. I chose him after shopping over 20 different companies because I felt like he was the most upfront and honest. Every other company would say it's Xx dollars for 3 rooms special and then try to add a random dollar amount per room as soon as I mentioned possible pet urine. Nick didn't give any price ranges or try to upsell, he just gave me a solid price upfront and stuck to it. He wasn't the cheapest but he wasn't the most expensive either. Michael was fantastic. Extremely professional and courteous from our very first interaction. He did a great job in cleaning our multiple rooms and hallway as well. There was a bright blue stain (from who knows what our kids were playing with) and he was able to fix it! This was a concern for me because we were renting the house and were going to get charged by the landlords if we couldn't get the stain out. I have never seen this much attention to detail on cleaning and I have been in the same home 25 years and used numerous other "cleaning" companies. The technician came early, and took the time to really focus on problem areas of the carpet (tea stains), as well as the upholstery of the furniture that I had them clean. Things look great, and I was impressed that they did not try to quickly gloss over things or do a half-way job. We called Nick on Thursday and he was able to schedule us for Friday morning. We have a large living room (25x15 feet) and it was very dirty, with a lot of stains on the carpet. Nick was on time and on the mark. He had quoted us a price on Thursday, and that's the price he charged. Ryan at Busy Bee responded so quick before I got a chance to do research on the selected vendors. Just took a few sentences, I began to like his personality and direct answers. It appeared as what the website and other reviewers said. I quickly made a decision to hire this vendor. Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I also asked about the cost for cleaning they walking closet in the master bedroom. I skipped this time because I used it to evacuate the furniture from master bedroom. Busy Bees Carpet Steamer is based in Cypress area. My house is south end on the map. They are so nice. I'm going to treat them for lunch at Chinatown next time I use the service again.

Was hoping to get a quote for a hoarded living situation for my good friend. The man from the get go gave me a strange feeling and his demeanor felt positive on the outside up until the point of which he stepped outside to take a call. My daughter informed me the man was next to the car window of my daughter's car loudly talking very hastily about the living situation and the contents of the house. Multiple times complaining about the state of my friend who was with me and her disabled veteran husband. My good friend recommended me this Company and i usually don't like to leave long or negative reviews but my experience with the man was so negative. The only reason i'm giving this two stars is because the woman was gracious enough to call me back and to be completely respectful the entire time even after learning what had happened.
