I order a glass screen protector which came to be broken and shattered, I emailed them asking for a new one to be sent and what do they do - they sent me a new case. I emailed again, because they don't give you a phone number to call - that was 4 days ago and have yet to hear back from them. I just realized that their warehouse is not too far from where I live so I may just have to drive there on my lunch hour in order to get results.

My sister has a habit of breaking her screen, so a glass screen protector is a must. Austin sat with us and explained all costs and how to set up the new phones. The whole process was smooth and easy. They even charge $50 if you get insurace and you break your screen. My sister typically pays $140 through apple. Fuwad and Austin are super friendly which makes the process less stressful. We will definetely come back for future phone upgrades and any issues!

It was the only reason that I had upgraded to that plan to begin with. Add to that I just got my first bill and it was $275.00!! (Double what it had been) as apparently I was charged for both service plans at the same time. Not really too happy at the moment. I called ATT and they fixed the billing issue, but I am unable to get the HBOMAX back without paying nearly $20 a month. Grrrrrr!
