I was understanding when my phone developed some defect the day after they fixed it with tiny little expanding air pockets. I am unhappy that they blamed me for their faulty repair. I live out of state and asked if they could repair their mistake on Sunday because I had a flight on Monday. They said they could not, but would fix on Monday and ship the phone overnight. They did not ship overnight, and they decided to use the cheapest and most unreliable postal carrier - USPS. Not only that, they shipped the phone with it ON - nice to know anyone can hear the phone ringing inside the package while it's being shipped. Makes me feel really uncertain about receipt. I was not offered anything for this inconvenience. And will have been without a phone for 7 days. Customer service is not good in this business. Would not recommend. read more

This place is amazing! My son recently cracked the screen on his iphone 5s and we called Quick Phone fix and they said they could fix it in 20 minutes or less for 85.00. We drove over and they were very friendly and explained the same thing in the store except they said it would take about 10 min. They have a very nice waiting area with a sweet HD TV. They had some sports on and before I knew it eight minutes had passed and they were done with the repair! That was fast. I have waited in the McDonalds drive through longer. Thanks Maverick! Sent my phone in 7- for a new screen - technician got into my phone and I didn't give him the password - he wiped all my 1,300 photos and notes from my last 9 months of travel - Fiji -Queenstown - Whitsundays islands - I didn't back up my phone as it was just in for a cracked screen . Saved me an incredible amount of money and time! Verizion wanted another 2 year renewal plus I had to upgrade my phone, which would mean a new case, Nitro glass cover and I would lose the last year on my Protect Cell contract, so another $100.00 on that as well as another $200.00 for a new warranty contract from them. Protect Cell required a $150.00 deductible to send me a refurbished wiped phone. Samsung required that I ship my phone back to them, plus an obscene amount of money AND I would be without my phone for at least a week. I was referred to Quick Phone Fix and I cannot tell you how professional, sympathetic and kind they were. He asked me what the issue was I told him that I could not hear anyone when they called and they could barely hear me. I had to use speakerphone for every call. Did I mention the free diagnoses?!?!?! I signed the paperwork, he took the phone back to the amazing tech, 7 minutes later I had a phone that worked and the cost was $35.00 I will never hesitate to recommend or return for future repairs. Who says customer service is dead? This was one of the best service experiences I have had in the last whenever. The group is well named -- they fixed my phone quickly (while I waited -- maybe 20 minutes?), and they did it (what I consider to be) VERY inexpensively. Rony is the one who helped me, but while I was sitting in the waiting area another service person came out to go over what was done with another customer and I was also very impressed with the interaction I heard between them. The "Authorized AT&T store" had told me the problem could not be fixed and I'd have to replace the phone. I tried to fix it myself, which almost worked, then took it in to the AT&T company store where they told me they could not help with my connector problem but to go to Quick Phone Fix. THANK YOU AT&T GUY! Quick phone Fix was so good I am not going to bother with the hassle of internet ordering/finding good youtube directions in the future. (I had done everything right when replacing the charging port except I damaged one connector when removing the wire and --oops! -- had been sent the wrong port). Highly recommend! read more

I dropped my Dell tower off on Tues. Sept 30th, 2014. I was told it would be diagnosed by COB Wednesday. No call from them. I call Thursday. We will get it done ASAP. I tell them I have a new iPhone in and have to backup the old one. No call again on Friday. I find another place to fix it Sat and I go in to get it. "We'll fix it right now". "Please give us an hour." I go back, not done, and they tell me to take it, they can't fix it. I think they screwed my computer up more. THEY PROMISE, PROMISE, PROMISE AND DON'T DELIVER. I am SO impressed with Rony and Quick Phone Fix. I have a VERY difficult phone that I LOVE - it is a Windows phone (Nokia Lumina 1520) which is a LARGE phone. The screen was BADLY cracked. Roni gave me a good price (I am old - and cheap - and I shopped around) and I agreed to have him fix it. He not only fixed it in short order but went WAY above and beyond and replaced the entire motherboard - at NO EXTRA cost!!! He shipped it back to me (I am from Midland but heard of their reputation regarding the "more difficult phones" so I drove down to Pontiac) and the phone works GREAT!!!!! I took my kid's Samsung phone after getting dropped on the floor by accident in front of me, I drove passing a few phone repair places to go to Quick Phone Fix in Pontiac, MI on Telegraph Rd, walked in, got help right away from Rony, phone was fixed in no time by replacing the screen and of course I had to pay for that service, I had to go back after three weeks because the screen wasnt working again, after looking at the screen, it had an internal scratch, not sure what caused it, but Rony contacted the owner and they made an exceptional decision to replace the screen at no charge, I want to thank Rony and the owner for their superior customer service and will definitely recommend everyone I know to use their services . read more
